I didn't like the service because they don't even have bathrooms ? even though I bought them they denied me the bathroom. Now almost all businesses deny it to you, there should be a law for those who have public businesses. Do not deny bathing, especially to clients. So I give them a zero

Store does not receive proper upkeep and needs more useful employees. Management could care less about the store or you as a person. Very Unsafe and dangerous environment for customers and employees. Very dirty and unsanitary everywhere, especially under every isle and end-cap, you can find dead mice, expired items and garbage underneath. You will notice most items towards the back of the shelves are very expired, this is very unfortunate, they have to throw out a big lot of items.The Back of the store feels very unsafe, At any given time of the day you can find customers in the back isles opening items to steal. The store is lacking cameras, security, proper response to most situations and it is very hard to hold these people accountable due to some old unrevised big lots corporate policies, please be careful. Shop here and you will see why you will never want to come back!!

I recently visited this big lots in search of a replacement clip for my phone holder. I searched the entire store several times and couldn’t find one. I asked someone stocking the shelves and they pointed to the location where they should be. I inquired at checkout if there was a way to know if the other big lots had one. The checkout clerk got out her phone and reached the part and then proceeded to search this store and located one. Wow! I was so happy and impressed that she took the time to help me. Thanks Big Lots!

Delivery at 0400. Nice Asian woman greeted me. She was waiting on her crew to show up to unload me. She's been at this store 18 years! Asked if I needed to use their restroom. Wow! That's refreshing. Would love to Deliver here anytime. Thank you.

Went to shop at this store and at least 1/4 of the store lights didn’t work. I was also needing help with something and walked in the entire store looking for an employee for 5 minutes, until I finally found someone to help me. This store is severely neglected and extremely short staffed! It’s not safe for customers or employees to be shopping or working here! I decided to just walk out and not buy anything!
