Way to lose a loyal customer. Been doing my battery shopping here for years. Today, they decided to not honor a warranty because I didn't have a paper receipt and they "are old school" and "have no way of looking up my name" and dozens of transactions I have made here at this store. I will never come back again. Glad y'all saved a few bucks, I buy about 5-6 batteries a year these days with all my toys. Good business decision!

Great place to find great prices on batteries. Commercial, RV, auto and power sports. Less than half price of the other guys further up the road.

I bought a battery for my motorcycle didn't even last 6 months the called absolutely killed it even though was on a trickle charger when I called them up they said that it was out of warranty this is a horrible place to buy a battery don't waste your money They don't stand behind their product

Excellent customer service provided by Don on the phone! Although I didn't get what I needed he was VERY helpful and did whatever he could UNLIKE another local shop that was unhelpful and even rude. I will definitely recommend this so.

I bought a battery here a year ago and was really happy with the purchase. A year later, the battery wouldn't hold a charge, so I brought it in and had them test it and there was a bad cell. In less than 5 minutes total, I was out the door with a warrantee replacement. Richard was great. This visit was the epitome of "no hassle". From this point on, I'm not giving anyone else my business. I can't recommend them enough.

I received an absolute outstanding customer service from the battery store. I was looking for a part of a battery I had recently recycled and was not able to find. That was until Richard got involved and spend a good amount of time helping me. The thing is that he didn’t even make any money out of it. He did strictly because of customer service. Needless to say I will now buy all my electrical and batteries from them. Thanks again Richard for your great customer service.

Don was great. He helped me replace my 6V RV batteries and shared some great knowledge on how to keep them maintained and protected against the cold weather which destroyed the previous house batteries. Highly recommend. Very professional and great prices.

After calling around the area for a car battery these guys were by far the best priced. So I went over and checked them out. The customer service I received was top notch and the staff was very knowledgeable. They even came out to the lot and grabbed the old battery so I did not have to. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a vehicle battery. You guys rock!!
