I have unfortunately banked with BOA for nearly 20 years of my life. They refused to allow me to deposit a check and were far from helpful. I have had nothing but poor experiences during the stretch of time I have held my account. Seems crazy a bank will push you away when bringing money in. I would steer clear of BOA for sure. Plenty of better options out there.

Your stupid ATM malfunctioned and kept my card. I'm a truck driver and have to go all the way back to south Florida for a new card. Keep your machines properly maintained. Whoever is in charge needs to be demoted

Location is convenient since it’s close to home, but I rather drive to Richland Bank of America on Knight St, they’re much nicer there.Today I went to do a bank deposit for a business account and the teller asked for my ID, I made no issue with giving it to her but I clarified that the account I was depositing was a business and not mine just so she didn’t think it was my account because last time I went to the Richland BOFA they also asked for my ID thinking it was my account since I didn’t swipe my card. I have no issue with showing my ID. The purpose of this review is for management to give their tellers feedback on providing customer service. The one who helped me her name is Yulit, at least that’s what the sign said. She was rude, didn’t smile, when she was done with my ID instead of handing it over she throw it over. Had no eye contact and just overall she looked frustrated. There was a long line and she was by herself, but being kind goes along way.I was a teller for Chase Bank back in the day and customer service was super important, just smiling goes a long way. Her colleague then comes back from lunch and she sees me and immediately smiles at me and then she smiles at Yulit and Yulit didn’t even smile back, she just looked at her and just looked back at what she was doing. Which is why I can say she was probably frustrated with the line.

It's amazing to me Bank of America's in this area no longer provide "drive up tellers". So much for customer convenience.

These people have no idea what customer service is. I wanted to deposit $120.00 into my husbands checking account. An account he has had for over 20 years... ever since Iv'e known him. We both called him on the phone while he was at work, I had his account number and a deposit slip however, this was not enough! The teller said I needed to write a check from our HAPO bank account :( .....she said it prevents money laundering! WOW!!!This is why I don't bank here and will definitely talk my hubby into banking somewhere else. Horrible Horrible Horrible! No wonder their banks are closing left and right. They should definitely stop treating longtime customers like criminals.

I hate the bank for something, my account is working here and now I remember they never have time for their clients. I recommend numeric a thousand times.

After standing in line for over 40 minutes I finally got to the counter. Mind you I am disabled and use a cane. I was cashing a check from an account to which I was not issued a debit card. Otherwise, I would have used the ATM machine. It would have been preferable to use the drive-thru. I asked why the drive-thru was closed and was advised they did not have staff. As a disabled customer this makes things very difficult as well as discriminatory if you want to get down to it. There were many of us who were either disabled or elderly. The last time I was in they were training someone and she was unable to assist most of those waiting. Everyone was extremely upset as it was after 3pm on a Friday and they close at 4pm now.

Unreliable. From the local standpoint all the way up to the company standpoint. Locally the drive up ATM is ALWAYS broken/not working. So forget pulling out cash or depositing on your lunch break, you won't be able to do it. And from a company standpoint they're greedy as heck and are slow to process anything, and i mean who charges FEES anymore just to even HAVE an account? That's so early 2000's. When there's literally dozens of other FREE options, just go with those. I've been planning on how I can close all of my accounts with this atrocious bank for a while now but so much of my life is deeply intertwined with this nightmare bank, its so stressful. Also my mom used to work at a Bank of America a LONG time ago and she quit when they made her start soliciting people, she said she watched it all go downhill and that was well over a decade ago. Avoid at ALL costs.

I have been with Bank of America for over 25 years and it is finally time to go. They have been closing locations, have no drive thrus and have shortened their hours to close two hours early and customer service has become horrible. How can I have faith in a bank that is closed down so often? I understand that Covid has caused concerns, but other banks seem to be coming back...but not this one. In researching them it appears BOA has sent 72% of their staff home to work...for TWO YEARS! It's too bad, because their online banking was quite good. Unfortunately, there is just no confidence for me and my business that they are stable with their location closures.
