Alfredo is a homophobic manager , he got in my face telling me to leave because I asked to be helped because I was in line for 40 minutes. He was ignoring me & took his bad attitude out on me , Shame on Alfredo & Bank of America for allowing a transphobic un sympathetic A hole for working in customer service. MY EXPERIENCE WAS A DISASTER BECAUSE OF THE MANAGEMENT NAMED ALFREDO!!!! ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO STARS!!! 04-06-2021 16:06

The manager type employees at this branch dress very nicely but are useless. I made an appointment and was there early but they were not ready for me. No big deal. I am closing an account and needed to sign, and have notarized, and return a letter that I received from Bank of America. The suit spent 10 minutes telling me why he could not notarize the BofA letter. I went and found another notary down the street. I also have a safe deposit box to close out. The suit told me that I would need to speak with the VP (named JC) tomorrow and gave me JC's business card. The only number on this business card is to the Bank of America automated attendant hell. I have no idea how to close out the safe deposit box. It looks like the key to getting helped is to walk in the door with $100 bill's hanging out of your pockets. Otherwise, don't expect much of anything.

The ATM is decent, but despite having a drive-thru and having hours posted for it in the window, I have yet to see it open. It was really frustrating the first two times I really needed a drive-thru window. No I just avoid this location unless I absolutely need an ATM.
