“I decided to visit 360 automotive, as I had a nagging issue on my vehicle that I suspected was a starter issue. It was not something that happened 100% of the time. The issue happened maybe 1 in 20 starts. This made it incredibly difficult to diagnose as most mechanics require consistent failure before they agree on a cause. This was the case with the dealer. They advised nothing they could do and even tried to blame the driver to excuse it away. They refused to even look at it because it wasn't a consistent problem. I have intermediate knowledge of cars so I was pretty sure the cause. They said it didn't matter, they wouldn't replace the starter or even look at it unless they could see the failure. I then called another reputable small auto shop but over the phone they said unless it has failed, they would not be able to replace the starter. They also had a long wait. I gave 360 a shot. Called them and they said come on in the next day! Very accommodating!
They did exactly what I had hoped and what someone working on their own car would do. They took the time to try to reproduce the failure. They also didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about. They took what I said into account, and used it to help diagnose. Sure enough, got it to happen maybe 1 out of the 20 or 30 starts. Once they identified, they could determine the likely cause and remedy. They provided a quote and completed the work quickly. Replacing the starter on this particular model is no small feat. For me, it would have taken me days to complete. These guys did it in just a few hours. I was impressed even with them being professionals that's still a big deal to me.
They did great work and the issue has NEVER returned. They were the only ones willing to actually take the time to try to find the problem. They showed me what I value in a mechanic/shop:
1. A restless nature to find the issue not matter what it takes (time etc.)
2. Listening and believing the owner and taking that information to help with the diagnosis/troubleshooting steps.
3. Performing the work with care and skill.

“My 2017 Challenger was leaking freon. Meyers located the leak from the evaporator. They advised me of the findings and wrote up an estimate. The work entailed removing the entire dash. Imagine this on a car that still had the new car smell inside. I was a bit apprehensive. I would have left over screws if I even attempted a job like this. I was assured that their guy has done other late model cars before where the front windshield had to come out !! - late Model Camero -. They kept the car inside for a night and had it wrapped up the next day. No sqeaks, rattles, or anything when I drove off. Now there was one function that didn't work and that was the steering wheel extend/retract but they found one wire just needed to be pushed tighter in a connector. I trust these guys and there is no reason for you not to either. Mike W.”

“Overall, my experience was positive, with the exception of some insurance-related issues. If your insurance requires you to use an aftermarket part, thoroughly inspect it before installation. I had to return the aftermarket part and have an OEM part installed, which resolved all issues.
When I dropped off my car, it was dirty, but it was washed before it was returned to me. There were a few minor issues that bothered me, such as tape residue on the front window that I had to remove with a razor blade.
While I appreciate the hard work and customer service provided, there were some areas where attention to detail could be improved. The bumper did not fit properly, and the tape residue on the window was overlooked.
Despite these issues, I had a generally positive experience. The customer service was good, and I appreciate the efforts made to ensure my satisfaction with the work performed. Thank you for accommodating my needs and completing the repairs efficiently.”

Fast service and straight to the point communication allowed me to have my car on the road more quickly than expected. Alex also came out to communicate a few other things involved with fix, which it can be nice to hear from the other people your trusting to do work on your car.
