I had brought in my 2014 Audi A4 about two months ago in rough shape. I got my timing chains, valve covers high pressure fuel pump, oil and filter change, spark plugs and the AC service done and the car has been running like a dream ever since. Even if I lived 3 hours away I would still only bring my car to these guys !! Best in the bizz hands down. Thank you Trystan for for the great work on my car you guys are a blessing for us Euro car fans.

Working on my Volkswagen that has some issues. Was honest about the work and what needs to be done for it. Not trying to overprice or scam me with things that are not needed like other shops do. Highly recommend

Best euro shop around town! Very honest and reasonably priced and excellent service and the techs are cool they let me check out my vehicle while it was on the bay and watch them work a little and talk about cars and teach me a few things! Will be going back for all my service needs thanks again guys

brought my jetta here after going in circles with my local mechanic (yakima) for 6+ months. first the issue was X, then it was Y. total quote for repairs was in the thousands. i finally gave up and set up an appointment after hearing through the grapevine how good they were & that they specialized in european vehicles. issue wound up being much simpler (and easier on the budget) than my local guy told me and it took less than two hours to fix. two!! hours!! absolutely unheard of in yakima to get a part replaced in that amount of time. i know i will travel every single time from now on. they were also *so* understanding when i called and said i'd be 15-20 minutes late due to weather between yakima & kennewick. literally no shop like them on earth i swear.

The owner is incredibly honest. I had a couple questions and he told me he could do the work but gave me another mechanic who specializes in what I was looking for. Didn’t have to do that, but did. When I need work done in the future for our other vehicles his honesty won’t be forgotten. Thank you Aaron!

Took the m4 to get diagnose and the mechanic made a mess by the injectors by dropping a lot of oil not sure why, I asked the guy before picking it up he told me it was coolant. still didn't even fix my problem.

I have a European made vehicle. I got my oil changed at Allied. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my service done on my vehicle. They do excellent work and the staff are educated in all aspects of working on my vehicle.
