I took my mini cooper countryman S all4 to all city transmission for a clutch and flywheel replacement. All city trans was highly referred by a few friends of mine, and I now understand why. They are very professional, kept me updated regularly, price was unbeatable, and the repair was done faster than I expected considering the task at hand. I highly recommend All City Transmission!

We planned a 10 hour drive to vacation in Prosser Washington pulling our 10,000 pound 5th wheel to visit family. Our 1999 dodge 2500 diesel clutch started slipping pulling the grade from the Columbia River on Hwy 97 North. We limped into Prosser, made some calls to local, reputable transmission shops, rented a car and was asked to drop our truck off at All Cities Monday morning by Jen Mcdonald the owner. She said they always make acceptions for travelers. BOOM ! Our truck was back Wednesday. The employees were professional, the shop had many bays and the price was right and fast even on short notice. Thank you Jen for making our vacation stress free.

Absolutely amazing! My car broke down on the way home from vacation. We had 4 kids and 4 dogs and it was HOT! Nobody was able to help us diagnose the problem until we called All City! They were completely booked but graciously ran diagnostics to let us know it wasn’t safe to continue the journey home. I was a complete mess but I felt so taken care of here and can’t recommend them enough!!! Thank you!!!

We had our car towed in thinking it was the transmission. They ran a diagnostic on it and discovered it was a recall issue through Hyundai. Didn’t charge us for the diagnostic and told us no hurry to pick it up. Service was outstanding. Jennifer was awesome!! Thank you so much!!!

I have had a few different repairs done on my truck through All City Transmission and I've been very happy with their customer service, reasonable turn around times, and good honest work
I recently had my transmission rebuilt and so far so good! Its good to have confidence in someone, especially when prices for parts and labor aren't cheap! I know the jobs going to get done right and that makes giving them my business that much easier. Thanks guys!

I have a 2005 Subaru Forester that was having an all wheel drive issue. I had to install a fuse to over ride the AWD and have been driving around in front wheel drive only. Took it in and they were able to locate the solenoid and replace it. Car is back to AWD again which is important since it’s going to go to a new driver. Highly recommend them and if you have a Subaru with torque bind take it to them, they can get you all fixed up.

It is incredibly hard to find trustworthy people in the world of mechanics. After having dealt with the owner for a couple months (we had an extremely complex and unusual issue) and having spent lots of time talking about the issues we faced, I can say with absolute certainty that these are people you can trust. The vehicle was repaired and back on the road, couldn’t be happier!

Called, received a quote, and set an appointment. While they had the car they frequently kept my up to date on the progress. Picked the car up and the charge was a bit less than the quote. The results of the work was to have a smooth running transmission on my 2008 Cadillac CTS. Highly recommend All city Transmission.

All City was able to get our car in the next day and fixed the transmission within a week. This is after it sat at another shop for a month. They were professional, provided similar estimates to what we had received and fixed our car quickly. Really appreciated their service.
