This place is fantastic! Especially for veterans, seniors, etc. They have more discounts than any other place I checked while the prices already aren't bad. It's brand new so it's clean and well-maintained and extremely secure. In this moment in time, with so much up in the air, it's GREAT they work with you on late and missed payments. They're the best storage facility I've dealt with in a long time.

they don’t answer their phone? Was told I was getting my key on Friday and nobody seems to be on site to assist me very frustrating. I called multiple times and no one picks up.

Got a unit there and Elizabeth in the office was extremely polite and helpful. Rates are decent and has climate controlled units. It's very modern with great security including alarms for each unit that deactivate/activate as you come and go through the main gates. Highly recommend

The price is alright and the security is very good. The only thing is the people who work there are not in the office a lot and you end up having to call them to come to the office for assistance.

I have not rented here. The 2vtimes I visited in person there was a sign on the door stating employer was on property & would return in 20 mins. I called the number listed & the employee came to assist me within 5 minute's. Employee was friendly & answered my questions. Seemed like it could have been cleaner but was okay.

Website was easy to use and received quick confirmations on the changes that I made. Office response time was great and communication of next steps was clear and helpful.

Communication and customer service has been great! No issues or concerns when reserving a unit with them. I would highly recommend this storage unit service. Staff have been so friendly and helpful :)
