Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Great selection for ladies shoes to help make plantar fasciitis bearable. They even had a clearance room with lots of nice options. So glad I found this place! Support local business!

This is a great place to purchase shoes!! The folks here know shoes and how to fit them. They have a good selection of sizes and brands of men's and women's shoes and customizable insoles to create that perfect fit. And they can special order as well. It's definitely a store that I'll go back to when I'm in need of new shoes.

I have been shopping at A-1 for many years, and always appreciated the knowledgeable staff for their help & advice.Saddens me to see the customer service deteriorating more every time I stop in. Today the clerk brought out the sandals I wanted to try on, basically dropped them on the floor, then walked away back to the counter to mess with something there. If we had any other quality shoe store in the Tri-Cities, I would have left & never returned.

Diane did a great job helping me find the perfect pair of shoes for my interview! She even sprayed them with waterproof protectant because my interview is at WSU. I’ll definitely get my shoes from here from now on.

I LOVE this store. They stopped my foot and hip pain by simply watching how I walked and advising me it the right direction. Only place I buy shoes!
