This towing agency was called by KPD after my son was in a car accident. The car was picked up to clear the road and not impede traffic. This took place on a Friday and when we went to see what it would take to get the car to salvage yard on Tuesday after labor day. My son has liability insurance only and the cost for repair exceeds the 2006 cars value. This tow company has started accruing fees at $89 per day which has reached well over $800! This is fleecing anyone who doesn't have full coverage or any unwitting person unknowning of these obsurd fees. I'm getting a lawyer out of principle!Service: Car towing

I feel a local company 1st choice towing are fleecing unwitting customers when they retrieve a vehicle from a car accident. This company is charging a ridiculous $89 per day for lot fees. If a person has liability insurance only, they are in a bad position having the responsibility to repair or salvage their vehicle and pay fees that exceeds the value of the vehicle. This forces the individual to abandon their cars and the tow company gets away with squeezing a person that is already down on their luck. Moreover, the tow company was called by KPD and forced upon the unwitting customer (my son) while he was calling his wrecking company that was covered by his insurance! Ugh! Please share with the community, so it doesn't happen to another person!I hope KEPR or KNDU picks this story. Disgusted Jeffrey Peterson

Lexi at first choice was extremely rude, short, non-informal and had a terrible attitude. At no point did I feel like I was being helped in anyway shape or form. I was told Friday morning to drop off my key between 8-5 m-f so I’m able to get my belongs (state ID and wallet) on the next business day. I came that Monday at 1pm, waited outside for 20 minutes, called and she snapped at me that I needed an appointment to drop my key off, then tried to argue with me that she had informed me of their policy (but much less professionally) which she did not. I’ve used first choice a few times and I’ve NEVER had such a terrible experience. This employee will be the downfall of this company. As a business owner myself I could never imagine treating a customer this way.Service: Car towing

They took my fishing poles and a car battery charger so they will be seeing me again on Monday

They charged over $700 to tow the F150 less than 10 miles. Would not work with us on the phone. Called insurance and they said standard rate would be $168 so that is what we got for reimbursement on the $700+ charge. The response was that it took two hours to deliver the truck and they are charging $325/hour.

Worst customer service, no one answers then I’m told it’s in michaelas lot then she don’t answer or return calls, not sure why they have someone employed who does t return calls or answer the phone. Plan ridiculous
