I went in to make a cash deposit. There was one teller, and he was at the counter with a woman and a laptop, and they were reviewing her account or some such. I stood there in line for 10 mins without even being acknowledged. Then someone drove up at the drive-thru teller. The bank teller said, "Excuse me" to the woman, then went over to the drive up to service that person.When I loudly exclaimed, "Excuse me, but I was here first, and have been waiting 10 mins.", the teller said, "Sorry. You'll just have to wait". So I walked out and had to go to another branch.Unfortunately, this is fairly typical of the "customer service" I've received at US Bank and was not surprise. In fact, being ignored and spoken to rudely was one of the better experiences I've had.ADDED:Thanks for the reply. It's a great example of how your bank doesn't listen to your customers, and just cut/pastes a reply. (or perhaps uses bad AI?).The very first sentence said, "I went in to make a cash deposit". Obviously digital and online isn't an option. And, I'm not sure I'd trust one of your ATMs enough to deposit cash into it. That is WHY I went to a branch.

This bank is happy to take my money, customer for almost 20 years, but they would not let my 8yr old son use the bathroom when we made an “emergency stop” on the way to school.

I am long years customer of US Bank. I can tell I am served by dedicated, passionate, professional employees. My and my family needs are handled every time with attention and personal approach. It's valid for all branches we visited Kenmore, WA, two branches- in downtown Kirkland and on 100th ,Bellevue Crossroads office, etc.The one star I saved is for some type of fees, but it's US Bank centralized policy. I am sure the local branches' staff is doing great job to offer best practices and rates.

Don't recommend this place, staff isn't very helpful or nice, wouldn't cash my check unless I have them my social security, I've cashed a check there before but it somehow can't be found...

DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT HERE. Every month they deduct “merchant services” fees, and cannot tell you what they are for. Taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve been banking with US Bank since 2003 and always had a great experience. The Kenmore location is currently my home branch and everyone is always friendly and a pleasure.

My husband went to this location for a wire transfer 3/5 Saturday morning, he was advised since there was only 2 people working that it couldn't be done.... A WIRE TRANSFER.

How can a bank charge someone $7.00 to cash a check off the check holders account with us bank. They call it a service fee? The fact that 2 tellers that were helping me. Both tellers extremely rude. I guess you can charge people for being rude now. LolSo I paid my # 7.00 for someone to be rude , roll their eyes at me act as if I'm stupid The? It's money that someone has in us bank account. The worst service ever. I would never own an account at least not at that branch. Matter a fact I wouldn't open an account. I would expect someone I owed money to to have to lose money. God even Walmart has a smile and only charges $3.00 dollars. . I have never heard of anything so stupid in my life. Must be the only way they can get people to get accounts with them.? Or at least be rude for free. I am.

Horrible not just U.s bank but the bank tellers literally half listen to you I asked for money back..But instead she negs me about how I can process the check online. You have a job for a reason do it
