The one guy working with his earbuds in was telling me to rush because he wants to clean. I wasnt even in the store for 2 minutes yet. I left my stuff at the counter and went without my items. Terrible service. I come here every week and will never come back to this shell location.

All the pumps are super slow. 1 gallon per minute, no joke. At the end, it doesn’t stop automatically, spilling a lot on the tire and ground!

This place is disgusting! Went into the Shell by Kenmore Lanes and grabbed a couple things from the snack isle and noticed RAT FECES on the shelf along with chewed up food packaging. The manager didn't seem to care. Won't be going back there again.

Whoever runs this place during the day is incredibly rude. Was on his phone and waited to help me out at the counter. Got offended when I asked him how much I owed because it's really hard to see the total sign when the sun is obscuring it. Also got upset when I asked him to give me the correct cigarettes. Then he blamed me for removing my card to get a correct transaction for the right cigarettes and wouldn't admit he didn't press the credit button. The next customer after me said he cursed me and flipped me off. Just trash. Go somewhere else for gas. I've stopped maybe 4 times working in the area and the last two times he's been rude and way more interested in his phone than making money or being nice.

This is not 24 hour first of all. Couldn't tell you how many times I've been here after "opening" and the doors are locked and no one is there. Also they tend to keep part of your change when paying in cash. Not a huge deal it's just a little change, but it's still theft.
