My family has been going to this pharmacy for about 7 years. Today James kept the doors open into the pharmacists' lunch break in order to fill an antibiotics Rx for my 3 year old. When I thanked him, he said "Of course, the kid is sick and needs antibiotics". Rather than telling us to wait an hour due to the scheduled break, he went above and beyond to fill the order right away. This kind of commitment to their customers and community is exactly what has us coming back. Thanks James and Rite Aid team!

I just left the Kenmore Washington location. I went in to get an Ace bandage and because the Rite Aid Corporation is too cheap to replace the flickering light bulbs into the display cases. I left with a migraine.
Be better to your employees and your customers, replace bulbs when they go out. So that people with disabilities are not negatively impacted by your wrong choices.

I have gotten so many calls about my prescription being ready. 4 just yesterday. I stopped to pick it up. It was not even ready. I literally got a call 45 minutes before I went. They said it would be ready today. I stop to get it and my prescription has run out. Why have they been calling? I'm so frustrated!! So here we are 4 days later. I called to see if my medicine is ready. No!!! It's still not ready. I actually need this medicine. I am not taking it just cause!! I have now switched pharmacies. Rite aid is the worst!

I have been trying to get my prescription for over 3 weeks. I need my medicine! They call over and over to say it is ready. When I get there I find out it isn't ready and the refill expired. It expired days before. I am still getting calls saying it's ready. How? Why? I have now switched pharmacies. Rite aid has been bad for quite awhile. I finally switched!!

So understaffed, it’s criminal. I have had to wait as much as 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription that’s already filled. In fact, I’m waiting right now as I write this. It’s been a half hour so far. I’m switching pharmacies. Safeway next door is better. I only switched from Safeway because I thought the drive through would be cool. Well I was so wrong about that! The drive through is where customers go to die alone and unmedicated.Response to Rite Aid's reply below:I did call that number while I was waiting. (I saw it in other reviews here.) The recording said to press 3 for customer service. I pressed 3 and it said 'Incorrect entry." I tried 3 times. I don't know why I believed you would actually have customer service. Consider me fooled! :D

The Pharmacy at the Kenmore Rite Aid is exceptional. Teresa and her staff provide excellent and courteous service consistently.

Pharmacy staff are always working so hard and do a really great job of taking what little time they have, to make sure people understand and have what they need. They are definitely understaffed and under appreciated. I really like and appreciate all the employees at this Rite Aid location, I can tell they’re are overworked, but have consistently done their job as best they can and I’ve never had anyone be short or irritated to help!

The pharmacy is understaffed, resulting in a lot of poor attitudes from staff. I was told they exposed a lot of people to Covid because they didn't care.Front customer service is pretty good, the store manager not so much. Id only come here if I really needed to or for alcohol other wise I'm going somewhere else.Don't expect inventory to be in stock.

This Rite Aid is awful, and I get the feeling it isn’t the staff’s fault. Store associates are nice, pharmacy staff is nice if not occasionally like to complain to me about how overworked they are and how ‘it’s a miracle we’re able to fill this for you today’.The store seems heavily understaffed and the pharmacists feel the pressure. I like the people but the pharmacy experience is sub-optimal and I’ll be taking my pharmacy business somewhere that doesn’t make me feel like a burden.

This pharmacy generally sucks. The staff ranges from kind and polite to snotty and irritable, and they're consistently understaffed. They're not afraid to tell you how understaffed they are, I've been told it's a miracle my prescription could be filled same day at all. If they'd staff their pharmacy correctly they might actually be decent, but I have lost hope that this location will turn around and I'm trying to take my business elsewhere.

I'm at a loss. We were regulars at this pharmacy for years before covid. We were patient and appreciative all through covid while the staff was put under so much additional stress. However it is now 2023 and impossible to get any communication. Many times prescriptions are called in by a doctor and a week later they still have not been filled or worse, have no request listed anymore. When you go through the process of requesting a refill it is never communicated through to the doctors office anymore meaning we have to contact our doctor directly (against their protocol). Just today I've been on hold throughout the day for almost 2 hours (going on 25 minutes straight as I type this) and still have yet to talk to a staff member. I am not calling at busy times of the day. Many times when trying to call they never even answer and if they do they put you on hold without a moment to communicate that you've already been waiting more than 30+ minutes without answer. What floors me the most is after this impossible service you can walk into their store and there is no line nor is their someone answering the phones. If you bring this to their attention they offer nothing other than a shrug or "I must have forgotten you are on hold". However, the act of driving there and talking to them directly still does not in anyway guarantee that they will have the prescription you've been waiting all week to be filled. If you insurance allows any flexibility I highly recommend finding a more customer oriented pharmacy.

I have been at this pharmacy for many years, but I think something changed now with new staffs (?). I refilled my prescription last Friday, 9/1 early morning and the system said it would be ready for pickup at 11:30am. I came to pick it up at 4:00pm after 30 minutes of waiting in line and it was still not ready. I came back and picked it up after 6pm. Then I found out today my prescription has only 12 pills instead of 30 pills. I tried to call the pharmacy early morning after 9am on Tuesday 9/5 and the phone kept ringing for more than 30 mins. No voice mail and no one picked up. Then I came in person and asked them to refill my prescription completely which was 1 month, not only 12 days. I still do not understand the explanation they gave me. I am very frustrated and I think I will plan to switch to another pharmacy.
