When I arrived to get my trailer they were polite and dealing with some pretty nasty customers but they kept professional and I was impressed with their positive attitudes and how they handled grumpy people. There was an error on my rental somehow and luckily Shelby was there to help fix the problem efficiently and satisfactorily! Overall great experience! Please be nice guys! These people are just doing their jobs.”

“This is a long overdue review, but I have to say - I am always so amazed by the quality of service here at Salmon Repair Center. I have had my car serviced here for years since 2021 and the mechanics have always had my back and answered all my questions and concerns as someone who isn't all that great with car stuff. I am lucky to live so close to this place as it's so much for accessible for me to stay at home while they work on my car. I really appreciate the people working here, like Kevin and James, who have gone above and beyond with servicing my car. Their pricing is very fair for the work that they do and I honestly don't mind paying the price of the repairs since it's high quality work. They always give a call when they're done running the initial diagnostics and give a quote for the price(s) of the repair(s) that need to be done. I noticed they have a minimum charge of $99-199 for the diagnostics which I wasn't aware it was a thing until recently, but I'd still pay any price to get my car serviced here since everyone is so amazing and their service is amazing.”
“An honest and friendly local business. They made renting a dump truck so easy. I just called and reserved one under my name for the day I needed it. Once I returned it, they even reimbursed me for a couple of gallons of gas when they compared my mileage to my refill receipt because they felt I shouldn’t have had to put so many gallons in based off of how little I drove it.
I felt like that was a very honest thing to do and I trust this business so much that we will be sure to rent tools from them for our other projects instead of going to big name stores. So glad this small, local business exists.”

“Worked for the county and used to stop here, quickly - lol, in the morning. Was fun cause they had a trivia question each day.Have been in a few times lately. The store is a lot bigger than it looks from outside. Nice and roomy, clean, nice bathroom, has hot food and the cashier's are friendly. They also sell propane!”
“John Mason didn't have to take all the time he did with me, to discuss what option was best for me on at least five different products and projects. He had the Saturday vibe VERY pleasant even when he was swamped all on his lonesome, three of us ugly buggers licking our lips. I'll be back, and truly John Mason is 77% of the reason why.”

“Recently picked up a truck for a quick move a few heavy stuffs. Book in advance- that's important. My pick up time was at 9am, right when they open. The truck was ready. Easy paperwork and I was out in less than 10 mins. They charge $0.99 per mile on top of the rent. The service was just great. Very friendly staffs. They will explain the policies, process and what to be done while returning. Just one sign - that's all you need; rest is online. Quite a great experience. Recommended this place.”

“The office/store always smells like cigarette smoke which makes the experience a bit worse. The equipment was phenomenal though! It's very rare that I rent a truck that's this clean and modern and such. Truck drove and handled like a dream! The stairs built into the backside of the bed were very helpful for getting in and out of the bed. The self return site was NOT very user friendly. The picture taking and odometer entry verification sections were the least user friendly parts. At first the odometer kept including the placeholder zeros which initially charged me for driving 3,760 miles instead of the 78 I actually drove... Tip: if this happens to you, ignore the zeros and enter your odometer reading then move the cursor to just behind the last zeros and then you can finally delete them and be billed correctly! Pricing varies WILDLY within a hyper-local area! Kirkland Way Storage was $57.95 for 24 hts where as Kirkland U-Haul a mile up the road was nearly 50% cheaper!!! at $31.95! That's absurd! I only accidentally discovered this when I clicked the wrong location to restart my reservation online.”
“We got there right at opening and had an easy check-in after reserving our truck online. Antoine stayed calm and helpful even as the morning was starting to pick up, answering different questions from various customers and coworkers, and touching base with the dispatch center for us to optimize our time with the truck.”

“I had a hitch installed on my sedan this week and it was an overall wonderful experience. My vehicle is neither common nor easy for hitch installation and Jake did a quick and quality job with the installation. The only frustration with my experience was that Uhaul doesn't offer a shuttle service and public transportation doesn't go within 40 minutes of my house. So, I had to wait at a nearby coffee shop until installation was complete. Thankfully, it was done in about 2 hours and I was on my way with a hitch that should last as long as my car does.”
“Dave and Phil have been very friendly from the beginning and patient in answering all my questions. It’s convenient to have them right next to a U-Haul location. There was no line and I was assisted right away. Service was quick and easy! Highly recommend and will be sending all my friends here next time!”
“I’ve been in 3 times over the past month and have exchanged thousands of dollars to facilitate my move. The folks at this uhaul have been seamless in their assistance. I’ve gotten a hitch installed, changed an order in uboxes and have a trailer set to be picked up the final morning of the move. Throughout all of this the communication has been great. I understand what I’m signing up for and they were even able to bring the uboxes a day early!
Every time I’m in they are patiently and professionally assisting others and often times it’s with an issue regarding trailers or trucks. They are a business that relies on customers returning equipment in a timely manner and they do their best to make things work on short notice. My recommendation is use uboxes- it ends up being cheaper in the long run and wayyyy less stress.
I still have to pick my trailer up and have the uboxes delivered. I will update the review at that time!”

There were snafus not of our doing that delayed us from even leaving the lot, so I called to make sure we weren't charged for extra time. When we got back the lot, I went over all the issues that had occurred, he looked at the account and he made adjustments right then. He also apologized. I was very impressed with his actions.”
