I did not receive much help from the other woman working at the postal office & was quickly dismissed when trying to find a box that would fit what I needed shipped out. Mel practically created a box for me with tape, a box cutter, & any available supplies she had on her. It was the best customer service experience I had -- if Mel was not there, I would have had a very different experience. THANK YOU MEL!”

“I had to go in as a package was marked delivered and then marked returned to sender, when I entered the lobby the person at the register greeted me, and when I explained the issue escalated to her manager. Betsy then assisted me with troubleshooting the problem and was thorough in explaining where the break in the process occurred, how they are addressing it what the next steps were. She was so kind and apologized for the inconvenience and explained the process of how to receive my package with no additional shipping charge from the sender. I really appreciated her explaining everything and being so attentive and kind!”

Since my English is not good, AARON, the staff member on duty, was very patient and used translation software to communicate with me. Thank you very much for his help. “This was my first time using the service here. I was aware of the previous reviews and didn’t want to expect much. Unexpectedly, I was so impressed with the whole experience. The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. I believe it will be their first memorable experience of the post office and they won’t feel intimidate to go to use the services in the future.”

Luckily I live close and will be sad when I move, I have been to other locations while running errands and this is by far the best. This includes the ones I visited when I lived in GA.”

“I’ve stood in line here. The amount of customers who act entitled is staggering. They wait in line for tens of minutes and have no clue what service they want. These people are clueless and then have the gall to hold everyone else hostage to their ignorant nonsense”
“Recently I had the unfortunate experience of having a 1500$ delivery go missing while I was on vacation. This was the First time something like this happened to me, so I was extremely frustrated and worried.
Luckily I was able to get help from Linh at Ballard Annex. She was able to track down my package for me while I was out of town and even offered to hold the package until I got back home to pick it up.
Super big thanks to Linh and the folks that work there for the amazing customer experience.”

“Impressed by the service. I had one letter that required my signature. I filled out the rescheduling online. The manager gave me a phone call the next day, telling me what I needed to do to get my letter delivered.
I didn’t expect the phone call. The manager even found my mail and let me know who it was from when I told him that I had no idea what mail it was.”

During the holidays, they move the line (wrapped around the building) quickly. I can easily drive the same or less distance to other POs, but I choose Kenmore!”
