It's Les Schwab... of course they're great! While I'm waiting a short while for my front right sensor to be replaced ( no appointment ), I'll bring my review up to date.Again... " of course they're great! ". This shop employs great people who are very competent and so polite! I'll never go anywhere else for a service they offer.I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time for, at least what I would think, was an unusual problem. And check this out! The mechanic who let me know where my rig was mechanically told me what to look for in the near future!... didn't push me to buy... just let me know what's going on. If I had my work done at another shop ( I don't), it would have given me an advantage! These folks are EASILY as good with tires, brakes and suspension as SEA Tac Transmission is with transmissions! One last thing. Maybe the 3 guys with bad reviews don't realize that by law tire stores are not allowed to replace tires with certain problems. Don't blame them... vote differently!Ron

In years past I have had great service from Les Schwab, and they bailed me out on road trips a couple times. But in recent years, especially after the private equity buyout, they have gone down the corporate cesspool of poor service and higher prices. Most recently, I bought a full set of four tires, took them in for rotation every 3,000 miles. On last rotation (with about 20k miles on tires) I was told the tires had severe uneven tread wear and could not be rotated, and my alignment needed to be checked. I stopped in a second time to have the alignment checked and was told I needed to make an appointment and come back. I made an appointment, dropped the vehicle off, and then received a phone call telling me if they removed the wheels they couldn't put the them back on with existing tires due to liability issues. So, in essence, they wouldn't tell me what my mechanical issue is unless I first purchased a full set of four new tires to replace the ones that burned out after 20,000 miles despite all recommended maintenance. They provided quotes for mediocre tires that were $250 more than better tires (according to professional reviews) than competing retailers. Definitely more interested in pushing their overpriced tires with hokey branding than actually serving their customers. Never going back.

Talk about stressful... well, yesterday around 3:30pm, both my drivers side front and rear tires blew, while driving on a busy highway connecting kenmore to woodinville. I was able to pull off to the far right lane, which happens to also be a bus lane.Long story short, I was stuck there for about 5 hours. AAA first sent out a van, then they sent out a tow truck, but the truck didn't feel safe helping me in a bus lane. So once I finally got a competent AAA driver, I was able to successfully tow my car to Kenmore Les Schwab, and leave it there overnight.I spoke to Kirk, the manager at Les Schwab, at 8am (when they open), and by 4pm I was taken care of with 2 brand new tires, and a safe mode of transportation. I cannot speak more highly of this location and the management. Kirk, you were a pleasure to work with. My advice to anyone reading this, pay a little more in the beginning to get tires from a good place. Because you never know when you will need the warranty! I spent NO money today. Les Schwab is top notch. Highly recommend the Kenmore location! Thanks Kirk!

These guys always deliver. Planned on waiting all day to get my studded tires on as snow is expected in the next day or so and I arrived without an appointment. Dropped the truck off and 2 hours later got a call that it was done.

It's honestly very hard to know how to feel about this shop. I've come here over the years and have always been happy. Yesterday I came here cause I had a slow leak on my passenger tire and they offered to fix it at no cost. But based on what happened last night it seems like this free service they offered is nothing more than tactic to lure customers in so they can be sold overpriced and unnecessary services :(When I came back to pick up my 2022 f150 with only 20k miles on it the tech made a false statement that the leak was unrepairable because it was too close to the side wall. This was untrue because the hole was on the tread and at least two inches away from the side wall. He then claimed all the tires were worn and should just be replaced. This was also untrue. Using the standard method my tires with only 20k miles on them still had 30% life left. Then he offered to replace them for a whooping $1700 plus tax. Mind you these were factory street tires which I can easily buy online for around 120-150 each ?.I've heard Les Schwab is under new ownership and I fear this is the reason why I witnessed this kind of predatory sales behavior. I can remember back in the 90s when Sears auto centers engaged in similar tactics and now 20 years later Sears no longer exists. I hope the new owners will keep this in mind, but for anyone who reads this I strongly suggest you get a second opinion if something doesn't feel right. Prey often can sense when they're being hunted and it's important that if you're feeling inside that there's a problem that you listen to what your instincts are telling you.Update: Les Schwab is still insisting that it was unrepairable despite that Firestone fixed it for me the following day for a small fee. They've have also failed to explain why it was necessary to replace all four tires when none of them were anywhere close to the minimum tread depth ?

Always the same and this time that never gets monotonous or repetitive. That sameness would be excellent customer service, incredibly knowledgeable professionals, and are willingness to bend over backwards to help and make things work out so that I stay safe on the road. They have been my go-to place for many years and it definitely is not going to change. This last visit was picking up snow socks for the winter and they were informative and took the time to explain the whole process to me. Cannot say enough good things about them

Ian has made great recommendations. While waiting I observed his integrity. A gentleman had a brake warning light, Ian was honest with him about the brake condition and the customer did not have to waste money. He added points to my customer loyalty without even knowing it. MARK P.

Terrible service. Created a huge problem. Had one tech test drive it and then another when it was done. Went back and the original tech never even test drove it again to see that the problem was much worse after work was performed. Just brushed me off.

Awesome customer service and trustworthiness! After I got a new car I brought it here for them to check the tire pressure. While I was here I asked them about checking the breaks and the man told me they could do a pre trip check for free. They went above and beyond in their evaluation, even going so far as to move the front tire (that was causing the tire pressure light to come on) to the back. They didn’t charge me anything and offered their advice about when I need to worry about further car maintenance things (which I really appreciated since my knowledge of cars is slim). I will definitely be coming back here for their services when needed.

I have gone to Les Schwab in several cities and have always had excellent service. This time, a bolt fell off my caliper and they were able to find a replacement, free of charge ☺️

For an “older” lady, they are a life saver. Today they quickly took care of my low tire pressure issue. I’ll rate them 5 anytime I can!
