Unfortunately, I’m not able to give a great review. Took my watch on for a new battery. When I picked up watch, the stem was broken. Took it back to have stem repairs on Feb. 5th. Finally, a month later they called to say it was ready. Today, March 12th, I went for the 3rd time to pick it up during business hours. But, again, for the 3rd time, they were not open. Tried to leave a voice mail, but the voice mail is not accepting messages. I just want my watch back.

Took an old chain of mine to get repaired and it took him a couple days because he was swamped with repairs. He also polished it up and only charged me $12 I couldn't believe it. He is the best. Going to see him tomorrow for a couple more repairs on other pieces. So happy to see him again.

This lovely shop is a jewel! ? The man I spoke with on the phone and his daughter, who replaced 3 watch batteries for me, were so warm and kind, and replaced my watch batteries while I enjoyed wandering around the store looking at the jewelry and the photos on the wall. It's so nice to find a real family business run by nice people. Thank you! ?

This little gem has been around for years. Don’t judge a book by the cover. He does amazing work and is super friendly and helpful. I trust leaving my jewelry here.Just had my ring cut off because of swelling and I totally trusted him to do a great job. I’ll keep bringing my business here for sure!

John helped to create our wedding rings over 20 years ago. He is still doing very quality work and at unbelievably reasonable prices. I just had several rings resized, and his work is still top quality. It will be very sad for the community when this talented, kind, and honest man retires. Wow, had a $200 necklace that was broken, asked Macys how much it would cost to fix and they said $100 which was ridiculous. The owner here charged only $10!!! He is a very kind man, please support this small business!
