Over the past 6 months I have systematically been quoting existing printing work in our supply chain with Jet City Printing. Every time I move a job to their shop I am delighted at quality, schedule, cost and professionalism. Contact is easy, friendly and concise! Love this park, you can cruise around the lake on a nice walk, take your dogs (on a leash) I make art and will set up under a tree for hours and relax while creating

They were literally half the price of Kinkos/Fedex, the quality was top notch, and chatting with professionals while they perform skillfully as they have for long years in a small space that reeks of character is, I fear, a fleeting luxury.

I'm sorry to say that these people are very rude, and they act like they're doing you a favor when you come in to ask about pricing. The prices for basic printing are also very high. I went in and started to ask the guy at the counter about the cost of 1-sided copies and the response was rude and dismissive. Honestly, it's like the person at the counter felt like I was wasting his time by just asking how much something cost. I'm never going back, NEVER. Since then I've gotten far better service and pricing at FedEx and Kinkos. My suggestion is to just avoid them and go elsewhere.

I have been using Jet CIty printing for 2 decades, and am completely satisfied with their service, especially their quality of print colors and print textures. Chris is a master artist at print matters, who doesn't rush but works on a project until both you and he are satisfied with the final product. I have used their design and print services for business cards, rack cards, stationary, note pads - even gold foil labels for a backyard business. I haven't compared prices with other shops, because i wouldn't be able to compare the value of personal service and concern of Chris and Lisa.
