Building smells musty and I deliberated if I would drop off my lovely scarf when I arrived inside. When I got this scarf back it has that slight musty smell as well.The scarf smelled fresh before. I had just dropped it on the ground so I consideredit dirty and wanted to get dry cleanedReally disappointed as this is my local dry cleaner. I have been there before about 2 years ago and it was fine.

Great service, and good prices. My husband and I have gotten a wide array of item cleaned and been happy with the outcome: wedding dress, suits, blouses, etc. We’ve also had alterations and been happy with the results!

I dropped my jacket for basic alteration(sleeve length), and the owner told me to come back in a week which was Saturday. And I went there today(Wednesday), 4 days later than the given date. She told me that my jacket is not ready, and I need to come back in another 3 days. She hasn’t called me during those 4 days to let me know that she needed more time for my jacket. I really needed the jacket this week, and how she handled the issue was so frustrating. It was my first time here, and I would never come back to the business who doesn’t value customer’s time.

Not only that they are expensive, they charge high prices for low quality. The line at the alteration is crooked and doubled. We showed them this and never said anything so their attitude is also. problematic.

They do not know how to clean down comforters here. My brand new Buffy breeze comforter has only been dry cleaned one time and the first cleaner I went to closed so I decided to give this place a try. The lady at the counter is nice enough, but my comfortor is completely destroyed now my comfortor is lumpy, and has lint balls all along the edges as if it went through a normal dryer? I am now out $250 and paid them $44 to ruin my blanket. My boyfriend and I are so frustrated, this is a brand new comfortor. Do not go here!Service: Comforter cleaning
