“I drove over an hour and a half to visit the store to try some Razer products out and arrived at 6pm on a Friday. The store was closed!!!! Their website and sign on their door said they were open until 8pm. This was also confirmed by a store employeee via phone call earlier in the day. Not sure why they were not open but it was extremely disappointing.Edit: Went to the store the day after and it was fantastic! Staff was super helpful and easy to talk to. Really nice trying out all of their laptops and peripherals. Even picked myself up a fan controller!”

She was knowledgable and very patient through lots of little hiccups in the process. My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. I told them what I was looking for (questions) and while one was texting his manager about part of my question (it was a bit unusual), the other was telling me what the thought the case was and clarification on a point or two.
Another customer came in and Niko went to help that person, as I would expect. Read got his answer and we chatted for a bit about both the t-mobile plan and other generic stuff.
Both were very polite and made the experience a reason I like dealing with staff at the stores (though I have had rather good experiences on chat and phone calls too).”

1216 N 45th St, Seattle“Yesterday July 2, 2024 I was unable to change the trusted phone number on my wife’s iPhone and my own iPhone. I called Apple support and they were not able to instruct me on how to make the change. So I went to my local T-Mobile store in Seattle store number 8774. I was greeted by the nicest lady, Sosi. She was confident that the changes could be made from the temporary numbers that had been assigned to each phone to a number of my choosing. I must’ve tried for two or three frustrating hours at home to make the change. Within about 15 to 20 minutes Sodi worked magic allowing me to change the trusted number and also change my password. thank you so much Sosi for doing what Apple phone support could not do. Hopefully T-Mobile management will acknowledge your fine work. Thanks again, Eric”
