Like you're looking for a place to go poke things, explore, see things you hadn't expected, maybe even get some inspiration, and that's this place! In fact, this is one of the last places to do that. Which sort of explains why prices are ever-so-slightly higher than you'll find on Amazon: because this is a real place, staffed by people that care, and providing a service you can't get anywhere else - and those things cost a little more to have so you pay a little more. But honestly like.. not much more? If you want to buy buttons you can't feel the tactility of, save your four and a half cents I guess and buy from 'ol Jeffy B?Okay I should be less antagonistic but this place is a godsend. Because not only can you see and feel and manipulate and compare sizes of the things you're purchasing, but the people here will tell you all about the stuff! They know what's up and are eager to share! They're excited to get you excited about electronics!Which I cannot overstate how unicorn that is in 2024. The next closest shop to provided even remotely the same experience requires a friggin passport and several hour drive.So all of that is to say, go here. Support a local business. Get inspired. “I just want to say a huge thanks to Mannie, Gene, Jake, and Button( hope I spelled the names correct) for getting me all fixed up a few weeks ago. My rig was lacking sound with the "so called" premium set up it had coming from the dealership. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. Prices couldn't be beat nowhere, but i can't put into words the hospitality they shared with the excellent customer service. I came from many zip codes away, and it was so worth the extra commute.”

Josh took a great amount of time to help me navigate to cancel out my Dad's account not taking the first roadblock as a stopping point, but he kept pushing for answers, asking questions, and attempting different options. He was incredibly patient and resourceful. I appreciated his earnest support immensely.”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Definitive on doing a full refresh in my media room. Scott was our guide and helped us build a great system. After we had our gear figured out Scott came to our home to look at the room and put together an install plan.
My room was a refresh and the process was mostly a lift and place for the new equipment so we didn’t need the install team. That meant Scott was able to enlist some of his associates and did everything in a day. The real highlight was how well they got the LCR aligned and room correction dialed in. It’s a very great sounding room now.
The only difficulty I had in this process was in the show room. They were having some difficulties when I was there. I wasn’t able hear the content I wanted nor could I listen to various equipment configurations that I was interested in. This is an expensive hobby and buying some pieces on faith isn’t the most ideal but I trusted Scott’s knowledge, experience, and the quality of the gear we were looking at. It was a good experience and the end result is everything I wanted it to be. I would happily buy from Definitive and Scott again.”
“I have a t-mobile account and stopped in to ask about t-mobiles internet plan. Read and Niko were quick to acknowledge me ( I was the only customer initially). I told them what I was looking for (questions) and while one was texting his manager about part of my question (it was a bit unusual), the other was telling me what the thought the case was and clarification on a point or two.
Another customer came in and Niko went to help that person, as I would expect. Read got his answer and we chatted for a bit about both the t-mobile plan and other generic stuff.
Both were very polite and made the experience a reason I like dealing with staff at the stores (though I have had rather good experiences on chat and phone calls too).”

I had called to ask if they had a cable in stock and I showed up 3 hrs later to grab it - and he had kept it behind the desk for me, even though I hadn't asked him to. “Amazing service at this location today by Nyair Cleveland. We haven’t been happy with our Verizon service for the last year so decided to try something different with Cricket. We didn’t even have our phone #’s ported yet and Nyair was able to advise us through it and get set up with 3 new lines (including an Apple Watch) in less than an hour. He was extremely thorough making sure everything was working exactly right before we left. He was friendly, answered all our questions and made what is by nature a tedious task more enjoyable. “Sooooo this store had me by the balls on a technicality with two OLED switches I bought. One was great but the other had bad connector pins on the body do the switch and was really janky. They could have told me to go pound sand but instead they met with me, we talked, and they helped me out big time. Big shout out to Emily and Anthony!”
