Air pump outside was broken and wouldn't pump air into my wife's tires. She's feeling anxious because her tire pressure light came on and she's never had to deal with that before. So she calls me and I'm walking her through it. She goes inside, gets a dollar in coins (her only dollar, we don't keep cash), and then goes back out to pump air. The gauge won't work and doesn't read her PSI. I tell her to go back inside and get a refund. The cashier tells her (and I hear the entire thing) that he won't refund it (the one dollar) and that she has to "come back tomorrow". When she asks why he can't just do it, he won't explain to her why he can't refund it. She is beginning to panic at this point, and passively says, "Okay..." and starts to walk out. I tell her to go back in and put me on speakerphone.I explain to the cashier that she doesn't have any other cash. If she doesn't get her tires dealt with, one of her tires could pop (for instance, if there's a hole in it) and cause her to get into an accident on her way home. He cuts me off, says, "There's a line and I don't want to deal with you, so fine, have your dollar and get out."My wife is nearly in tears at this point and I cannot believe how rude and disrespectful this cashier was. Absolutely disgusting. It's a single dollar, worth practically nothing right now, and you can't refund a service that you offered? The service is on your property, and you offer it, so when it doesn't provide the service offered, it is your responsibility to refund the money paid. You'd really rather someone potentially get into a life-threatening car accident? Instead of just refunding a damned dollar? Unreal.

If you come to this gas station it is necessary that you eat the Mexican food at the truck. It is amazing and this is from someone who doesn't like Mexican food that much. The gas station is convenient as well as it has several parking spaces.
