Chase does not care at all about people.this branch I came to about opening a Business account, the man excused himself and went out to tell his coworkers I was weird as if I could not hear himLast time I walked in felt like no one wanted to help me and the guy was a little rushing me.I’m sure he has no clue how bad my last few trips to chase have been. Another branch refused me service, and was extremely hostile the time before that.^what they think is I live across the street in a trailer park. When actually we own a home that overlooks their branch.Not sure why my branch folks treat me like an unwanted pest or why other branches are outright abusive…One day before thanksgiving a branch asked me to wait for the manager she helped everyone waiting but me and left they refused to help me…This is why Chase has such a low star rating.

A gentleman by the name of Kevin Harada took care of all my needs and went the extra mile, very professional and courteous, would highly recommend this bank just for his customer service. He definitely is a class act.?

I had great experience with Mr. Kevin H. today. I went through the other 2 banks, including another Chase branch and could not get helped. Finally I went to Kenmore branch and got the help from Kevin immediately. Kevin is very friendly and kind, he helped me got the work done professionally.

Just waited 45 minutes for help to do minor things. There were 6 employees and 2 customers at a given time, including myself. I'm changing banks.

From the line staff, business services, to investments and home loans this branch is what I needed every time I go in there.The service is thoughtfully dispensed and they take their time to help you out. I've seen this with every customer that walks in and as they handle the drive through transactions.They may be a bit short staffed but I'm convinced they do their best.
