Easy 5 out of 5. Didn't like the car but they accommodated me last minute with the best they had and you can't get too picky in those circumstances. So friendly and so willing to help me and answer my questions. Hope I don't need their service again but would definitely go back.

Cindy was amazing! She does not skip a beat! Customer service is outstanding! From the beginning to the end, I truly felt Cindy was holding my hand to walk me through the steps! Carstar was awesome, they finished earlier than the projected date! I am a very satisfied customer!

CarStar Kenmore did a great job. They kept me appraised of work being done and expected dates of completion. Cindy was especially great to work with. She helped me liaison with my insurance company and the car rental place and was always so helpful and responsive to my needs. They did a great job with the repairs. Would recommend.

This was the second time I needed body repair for my vehicle. On both occasions I found the service to be excellent. Staff is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Communication is very good. I am very pleased with the work completed.

I used CARSTAR in Kenmore for some repairs to my Jeep Compass. They took care of everything, including things that were found after the inspection. I gave them my insurance claim information and next thing I know, the car is back, better than when it went into the shop! (written by a human being)

This place ripped me off. I had a prepaid appointment scheduled. As the appt got closer, I called to confirm everything was on schedule. The general manager, Susanne, stated I do not have an appointment with them anymore. She claimed the business changed ownership and if I want the work done or a refund, I needed to contact the previous owner, Cary. Well, Cary never answered. I made many attempts on different days and times, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was busy. No answer, no appointment, no refund.
The whole story is shady. I got ripped off. Not the type of place I will do business with ever again.
Update 7/31/24
I called 5/20/24 @ 3:13 pm to try and resolve this issue to no resolve. I called the number above and left my contact info. The woman I talked with said she would pass my info on to Scott in marketing and he would reach out. Well I never heard from Scott or anyone else. Whoever responds to the comments is not the "owner" as the response says. You have my contact info if you actually want to address this issue.
