“Fantastic service, everything from basic tune-ups to rebuilding wheels! Support your local bike shop and be courteous, clean your bike before you take it in and don’t expect miracles the day before a major event. The shop is fantastic, I’ve had some cases where they were able to sort me out on the spot, which was great, but don’t expect that, some fixes require parts and quite a bit of time to complete.”

“Twice now I have had to have my bike serviced, once because I was hit by a BMW and needed crank repairs and a safety check, and once because I needed a wheel rebuild. Both times the price has come in much lower than I expected. The BMW incident only cost me about $110 and the full wheel rebuild only cost me about $160 (I did bring in my own spokes mind you). The team is super friendly even if you don't know a lot about bikes, they'll just get as much information from you as possible and make it work. I'll be coming back again and again for sure.”

“above and beyond customer service...called looking a bike part... did not have the part but took my number in case they found one! The part that broke made my saddle unusable! I got a call back and they offered to disassemble the saddle they had on display so I could have the part.... amazing! Thank you!!!!!”

“This is an incredible bike shop. I went in with very little knowledge, only knowing that I was interested in buying a bike.Conner was super knowledgeable and transparent about what he recommended. He even looked through the store’s system to help me find something more in my price range. He let me do a test ride and walked me through the store to help me find the additional parts I would need (helmet, lock, fender).I didn’t feel pressured to make any purchases, but did end up walking out with an awesome bike and accessories. I will definitely be coming back for other needs in the future!”

“My experience with Free Range has been nothing but excellent.Bike shops aren't know for their inclusivity, but I have been so impressed and thankful for how the staff has created a place to learn and get quality services. From repair advice, bike selection, and maintenance, they've been with me each step of the way. I've never felt stupid or inconvenient (like I have at other shops) but leave feeling more jazzed to continue biking each time I stop by. Today I'm on the best bike of my life and I won't stop thanking them. Can't recommend them enough!”

“Been into Trek Redmond about 8 times over the last year for bike maintenance and warranty issues. It’s not the closest bike shop to my house, but the employees who work there always make it worth the extra time driving. Throughout the issues I’ve encountered, Alex has always stepped up and made sure I was taken care of. Not only did Trek Redmond fix/warranty the problems with my bike, but they went above and beyond with the level of detail and customer experience throughout the process. Highly recommend the Trek Redmond team!”

“I showed up with a need for a new battery in my electronic shifter paddle. I was able to leave the store paying only for the battery, but the labor involved was not trivial. It was good service with a nice conversation about cycling!”

“I had Ride Bicycles Bike Shop in Seattle upgrade my Cervelo. The manager Hannah was awesome. She found NOS resources and parts. The rebuild was done with cheerful oversight. The new bars and brake levers were a very big improvement in ride comfort! I do 30 -100 mile rides.”

“Love this shop! I wrench on my own bikes and stop in for a part from time to time. I *usually* know what I'm talking about, but they really know what's up and are friendly and helpful when I'm fuzzy on details/out of my depth.”

“We recently stopped at Gregg's to get help rebuilding a 16 years old Giant FCR1 bike. The staff at Gregg's was very helpful explaining which parts we would need and how to install them ourselves. With that we were able to rebuild our bike using the parts and advice we received at Gregg's and saving several hundred dollars along the way. As a backup plan we had the helpful staff of Gregg's that we could fallback to for help, but luckily we didn't need to.Actually, a few weeks after rebuilding the bike we took it to Gregg's to get new pedals installed and while at it, Andreas at Gregg's service department, double checked our work and corrected a few minor mistakes, all without extra charge! We should mention that another bike store that we consulted before going to Gregg's suggested that buying a new bike would make more sense as rebuilding would cost as much as buying a new one!”

“Great customer service and really reasonable prices for servicing. I bought an e-bike online and needed to have it assembled. They not only took care of it same day, but were also less expensive than the other shops I called. They were also super friendly and easy to work with.”

“Fantastic company building great bikes! Just had a custom Phinney Ridge built around 650B, thru axles, all the proper refinements you’d come to expect. Smiley did my initial fit, great experience, and the final product just oozes comfort. Such a comfortable bike and I felt right at home on it from the first day. 5 weeks in, 1,200 miles on it, absolutely enamored with how it rides, how it looks and can confidently say this will be my #1 drop bar bike for a very long time. I use this bike recreationally, it’s my road bike, my training bike, gravel grinder, gravel race, and light bikepacking/touring/rando rig. It does it all, comfortably, and that speaks volumes. Just did a 130 mile day like it was nothing, ride quality allows for the big days to be a success. Can’t go wrong with a Rodriguez, long live USA hand built frames! The shop is also well stocked with anything else you might need and as always, if they don’t have it, it can be ordered.”

“Impressed with the folks here and the new shop. I ran into some trouble mid-project, and brought my bike in to have them finish the job, which they did speedily, along with some extra assistance along the way. Always fun when the shop takes a real interest in my bike. Glad to have these guys so close to home - will be back.”

“I shopped at Branford bike back in the 1980's when it was in Branford, CT. I have been a cyclist/racer for 48 years and this shop is one of the best. I have used their rebuild kits to keep my wife's old 10 speed Campagnolo shifters like new. I just had them re build the rear derailleur. It was out and back to Dallas in a week. I have talked to them on the phone and they have been nothing but helpful and polite”

“Great bike shop! I stopped in and the owner let me borrow his bike chain breaker for my new chain which was very nice of him. Will be back to join one of the group rides.”

“Brought them a Specialized Road Bike fresh in the box. They completed assembly insanely quick, offered a wealth of knowledge for all my questions. (it's been a long time since I've ridden a bike)

100% going back for any maintenance or tweaks for fitment.”

“I have had some issues with service at other bike shops. Its worth traveling a little farther to have a staff that I trust work on my bikes.
Knowledgeable sales staff too.”

“I love this place. It's truly an amazing experience every time I visit. They are always so kind and eager to help. The inventory is insane. They have what you need. They do. Trust me.”

“I didn't actually visit but I called for some help. And although they couldn't fix the issue themselves, they suggested a few other bike shops that could help me. That was much appreciated.”

“I purchased a Velotric e-bike from Woodinville Bicycle. It had a few issues. Had some electronic issues, nothing the Woodinville bicycle shop had anything to do with. They went above and beyond working with Velotric to get the issue solved. Even though this is a lower tier bike, the staff spent a lot of time getting it right. Never any feeling from them like.. you get what you pay for. They treated me like I was buying a top of the line bike.
Kudos to the whole staff! Best bike shop experience I have ever had.
Thank you!”

“Workers are always friendly. I leased a bike for 3 months during my internship in Seattle. It was the perfect way to commute. The price works well with Amazon commuter benefits. Work reimbursed me the $165/month. And the bike is so much fun to ride. It was one of my favorite things to do while in the city - explore on my e-bike.”
