Worst experience ever. I bought a car here on july 2019 paid it off August and was told they would have the title and license plates in hand when it was all paid off. They said that something went wrong with the paper work in August and September and it would be fixed. Its November and now they are telling me I'm the one who has to do the paper work.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FORM THEM! Best Auto takes out loans to purchase their inventory. When a customer buys a vehicle, they do NOT pay off that loan. Thus the financing company (called a 'flooring' company) retains the title. Rod avoids customers' calls and puts them off, issuing temporary plates over and over and over. I've just been sent my third extension (4th temp). A dealer is not supposed to issue even one extension. Read the reviews. You'll get screwed. You can't sell the vehicle or take a loan against it if you don't have the title. He is going out of business and doesn't care to do what is right. This is a Ponzie scheme and it's finally spirally out of control. For those already in this spot, you must file a complaint at the DOL on line. One star is too many.

Bought a car, got the name wrong, got the address wrong, because of that my title took 87 days to get to me. Promised $500 for all the headache because it almost cost me my financing. NO MONEY! LIED! WON'T RETURN CALLS! BEWARE! **Not a man of their word...poor business practices!

I bought a car from them and ended up getting stuck on Snoqualmie pass and had to abandon my new vehicle because it got stuck in the snow and due to massive snow fall and dangerous driving conditions. It got impounded two days later when the towing company could get it out. Because the car hadn't been transferred to my name yet, the tow company would not have been released to me. I called Best Auto Recovery in Kenmore WA, the sale had been completed and instead of telling me it was my problem, they called the impound lot and within an hour or so they had the vehicle transferred in my name... a few hours later I was driving my new car home. They went above and beyond in my eyes. ?

Best auto made buying my truck easy. What they failed to mention was that they didn't have a title for it , only an affidavit in lue of a title. I purchased it in the last week of February and still have not received a title or an actual license plate. It's now September. Obviously I don't have a big enough issue for this company to address. Big problem if the buyer later wants to sell said vehicle. I have to contact them for new temporary license plates every time they expire.

It's been over a month and I still haven't recieved my plates/title. I've called several times and was told "I'd get a call back" and never did. If this is the only way I can get their attention, so be it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS. they told me the the vehicle I purchased was thoroughly inspected by a diesel mechanic and the only issue was a bad cam shaft sensor ($600 fix). This was a complete lie. I took it in to fix the cam shaft sensor and it actually has a blown motor. They won't return my calls and now the temp plates they gave me have expired and I have not received my plates. If I could give zero stars I would. One star is to high for these guys.

It's been almost 2 years since I bought a 2007 2500hd classic. With a 6.6 l Duramax diesel with 300,000 miles. I never looked at the truck in person because I was overseas when I bought it. The only thing I had to go off of was pictures and videos they sent me. They were very professional and the communication was the very best you could ask for.

This is one of those best kept car secrets for car nuts in the know. Got a smoking good deal on a high end vehicle - very pleased with the transaction . Not sure what CAT is blowing a gasket about - this place is a cornucopia of cool cars and toys - and their inventory turns over all the time. I could have never gotten this car anyplace but online 2000 miles away for this price ..Thank you Matt and Chris !
