I can’t recommend All Decks highly enough! After receiving four quotes from different companies, they stood out not only for being the most affordable but also for their transparency and honesty. Unlike the other companies that seemed more focused on upselling unnecessary add-ons, All Decks was straightforward and genuine from the start. We were lucky our deck project didn’t require a permit, and they wasted no time getting started as soon as an opening became available. Although they quoted a three-week timeline, the crew finished everything in just two weeks! The whole experience was seamless and exceeded all expectations.

Visited the All Decks Office and Show Room during the first week in June. Liked what I saw and learned about the company and their products. Scheduled an appointment with an estimator at 3:30 PM on June 16th. Adam came to do the estimate, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He left with a promise of a written estimate by Friday. I am writing this review on Friday, July 12th. To date, I have received neither an estimate nor any other communication from All Decks. Needless to say, my deck project has been completed (yesterday) by another contractor.

We had 2 decks, one upper and lower, that needed replacement. We chose All Decks and are very happy with the results. The completed decks are well crafted and look great. Our old wood decks were rotting and wasps had dug grooves into the wood. Our new Trex will last years with minimum maintenance. The All Decks crew were great. They showed up every day of the project and worked hard all day. They even moved our hot tub for us. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up at the end including hosing off our new decks. They took care of all permitting with the city from permit application through sign off. They even beat their time estimate for the project finishing earlier than expected.

Great, honest fellas. Our deck is slowly slipping, and they came out to our house, frankly telling us that they are NOT the right choice for them, and that if we did use them it'd be at least 10k more because they would have to do peemits and feasibility sixties. Instead they recommended handing that can do it directly. Highly recommend.

All Decks recently handled the demolition and rebuild of our deck. Their communication and attention to detail were far beyond my expectations! We had them demolish our large, wood, multi-level deck and replace it with a smaller, composite deck. We also wanted a screened porch that could keep out mosquitos and keep in our cats. Throughout the whole process the team would check in regularly on decisions and make sure that they understood what our goals were with the screened porch to make sure we got something we were happy with. They also kept the work areas very clean which was unexpected, but a pleasant surprise! The finished deck is beautiful, everyone we worked with was wonderful, and we would absolutely work with them again for any future projects.

AllDecks rebuilt our deck for us last winter; it was originally built in the 70s and then had been resurfaced in 2005. They were fantastic to work with, and did a terrific job - the deck is so much more stable, and obviously better built than the original; it feels like standing on solid ground. They were absolutely not the cheapest option - but they did incredible work. What I want to call out, though, is that the true measure of a company like this is how they deal with problems after the fact. Our deck was finished in late spring, and was fantastic all summer. Once the rains returned last fall, we discovered that the flat roof over part of our deck was draining out of the wrong corner. We called AllDecks - more than six months after we had signed off and made our last payment - and they sent out a tech right away. He discovered that a support they had replaced was about 3/4 of an inch too short. Not enough that any of us could have seen it, but enough to change the angle of the roof. He fixed it, the whole thing was done in a few hours, the roof drained properly, and they earned our praises for life. I can't recommend them enough.

what a stellar company, the best people, and so thoughtful the whole way through. the showroom was really helpful for getting started and making decisions. it was great to see their considerations of quality and cost compared to others. communication was easy and quick from start to finish. there was attention to detail through all of construction. the site was clean and organized. moving pavers to add posts and then cutting and replacing them was more beautifully done than we imagined… and all at a very fair price, we checked. they even put our grill back on the deck for us when done. such nice people all the way around. like my husband said, we’d love to have them all as neighbors.

My review is based solely on my interaction with Adam, who is one of their representatives. he was prompt in coming out today to take a look at our project for an estimate and was very quickly upfront and honest that they weren’t a good fit for our job since it was kind of small. And he had a recommendation of somebody they use for jobs like ours, and he just sent me the info in about two hours time.Seems like a good organization when they respond in this manner and so I’m recommending them based on my interactions

I searched over a year looking for a deck contractor. I found a contractor originally that I liked but, they did not service my area. I found All Decks on the find contractor part of the deck material website I was interested in using. I was looking for perfection for my unique space and they hit it right on the head! The price is what i thought was good value. Hats off to Flint and Adam for bring my project to life! Thank you again to Tanner and Crystal for taking my questions.

All Decks was great from the start. Their salesperson didn't try to push anything on us, and the staff at the show room were very nice and helpful in educating us and helping us make the right choices. They also had competitive pricing. Our work required permitting from county, and it was a trip; yet Adam and team handled it all patiently including indulging the extra requirements for engineering analysis (they didn't charge us for the extra cost they had to pay out of pocket either). Once the permits came in they were ready to start right away despite their booked calendar. Once the project started they were very accommodating to my requests and attention to detail. Engineers like myself make the worst customers, but they were so good about it. Flint is the best and his work is very high quality. He definitely takes pride in his work. There were some materials delays outside of their control, but they restarted the work the moment they were unblocked (despite being on another job). Even the owner, Howard, was helping to ensure the project got done with no delays. He also popped in often to make sure everything was going alright. I'd definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the work that the crew from ALL DECKS did in our back yard. Their communication was excellent and they were prompt with responding to all of our emails. We have now had the deck for 1 year and have had no problems. These decks are built to last a very long time. We would highly recommend this company.Mark S.

We just had our deck replaced by All Decks. Complete tear down and rebuild.What a wonderful experience working with this company. Howard the owner came by on the first day of the job to introduce himself and his crew (Flint and Adam) who would be working on site. These two take pride in what they do and its shows in there craftmanship. Tanner summited all the required information to obtain the building permit in a timely manner. Adam was always available to answer questions regarding his proposal and did not hesitate to make changes as requested.We went with Trex enhance naturals, Trex black aluminum rails w/cocktail rail and Trex rainescape for dry space under deck.If you are in the market for any services regarding decks look no farther.
