I think she said she was the owner/mechanics wife. She was standoff-ish and couldn't be bothered to give me correct information or find someone who knew more. However, the core was in their way for almost 2 weeks (SO sorry about that, guys!). Still and all, Thomas Transmissions provided the same level of kindness and care even after they had serviced my truck and were gracious and patient while I figured things out on my end. My truck is driving like a dream and I was so thankful to have it back after one day at their shop and the job was done right!
