Bought a van that ran real rough. Manuel is working out the kinks. Because there are a variety of issues that can cause a vehicle to miss he is doing what's the most common and efficient and then moving to the next issue. Great customer service, Lower prices, and Mr. Auto is a small, local business. Manuel is very good at explaining the process. Rochelle man's the office, she is very kind and attentive. I am a senoir citizen on a fixed income. I feel that they take my needs seriously.

I contacted M.R. Auto because my car had a slow oil leak. A different business performed an oil change and in the process damaged the upper oil pan. When I contacted M.R. Auto, Manuel listened to the problem and worked on a solution. I always felt heard, and never rushed. M.R. Auto is trustworthy and has amazing customer service. Very thankful for their help and time. They have my business for any vehicle needs.

My vehicle got damaged while on a road trip which left me stuck. I reached out to these nice folks and they were able to get my vehicle in within the hour. I had a discussion with the mechanic about what needed to be done to it and he helped me out significantly in turning it around extremely quickly. He also made it a point to specifically explain the work he did and the results were impeccable. My engine has never run better. Truly a gem these days to be able to walk into a shop that feels like close friends. Highly recommend.

First time I stopped by was to get a quote for a window repair on my Ranger and my passenger seatbelt had jammed and stuck. The owner fixed the seatbelt immediately and for free. The quote for the window was reasonable. I just took my Camry in to have the blower motor replaced. The price was reasonable and the work was done well. Definitely plan on making M.R. Auto my regular mechanic shop.

I was quoted $2100 to fix my car's AC by another establishment and couldn't afford it. I contacted Manuel at M.R. Auto and he told me it would be $108 diagnostic fee and that to stop by.He was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem while he explained to me his process. It took about 30 minutes and the final bill was about $150.I would recommend M.R. Auto to my closest family and friends.

5 stars does not do this man justice. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I have brought multiple cars to this man. On occasion I have had to have them towed in and dropped off without even contacting him, at one point my Volkswagen spent more time with him then it did me. He never complains. He is very fair priced. He has never over charged us. He works with us when we need, and he is patient when we have a ton of questions. His quality of work is by far phenomenal. I do not trust anyone else with my vehicles. His wife runs the office, and she is just as amazing. She is kind and patient as well. I have even seen her put some gloves on and get dirty.
