If I could give it 0 stars I so would. My boyfriends came into twice, the front desk lady was so rude and the customer service wasn’t there, she tells him everytime it’s a waste of time, no this place is a waste of your time, they will never get a dime from us, very rude.

Was quoted over $4000 for a repair from a dealership shop in town on my son's Subaru went to Kerr and was able to get work done for less than $250. Kerr has always been great at delivering honest reliable service.
Highly recommend Kerr for an mechanical service you need.

Very friendly, communicative, pricing was great, knowledgeable and fast repair. We had a car needing a repair that we were told by the dealership would take 2-3 hours and it took Them an hour. Very pleased ?

Was down in Kelso yesterday for an appointment, alternator started going out and this shop was recommended by the O'Reilly's staff across the street. Drove on over and even though we arrived about 10min before close the staff were very kind and helpful. They checked my alternator and were able to make sure I was all set up to make the drive home (30min north). Made it home no problem! Thanks again for being patient and kind.

Went for diagnostics of check engine light that could have meant a few things. They did a comprehensive diagnosis for only around $80. And the cool thing is if you decided to have them fix whatever's going on, the diagnosis is basically free. Fortunately in my case it was just a sensor and an easy fix I did myself. The only complaint I have, which I won't knock a star off for because I really appreciate this business, is that I couldn't get my car back for an extra day because I couldn't get a hold of them. Their posted hours were wrong (they have since updated them) so we missed them on the day we could have first picked it up, and then when they were open the next day, the phone line kept repeatedly going to voicemail for hours. But in spite of this, I highly recommend them and suggest arranging a pickup day/time ahead of time if possible. And confirming hours.

I took my 41 ford to the muffler hut for a complete new exhaust system. Richard talked over options with me on how it could be ran and where it could exit on the car. He even brought an exhaust tip out to see what it would look like on various locations and let me decide what I liked best. He is a very experienced mechanic and hot rodder, has been a race driver as well so he truly understands his craft. I will ALWAYS come here for my rodding needs! Also he does work on modern vehicles as well.

Kerr Car Care was recommended to me by a few people. I'm a little disappointed in the quality of work I got. I've spent the last few years building this truck and didn't want an exhaust system that look like I bent it up with a harbor freight tubing bender on my shop floor. I don't know if I caught them on a bad day but this is what they sent me home with. You just added on to my previous exhaust and on the passenger side you used a smaller diameter pipe so now each side is different sizes. Previously when we had discussed you doing the work you stated you would not need to drill holes in my brand new floorboard yet I have to repair rivet holes now. I've never taken the time to sit down and write a review and I hate that it had to be something so negative. You quoted me a day and took a week to do the work. I had to make multiple trips to the shop because you installed the exact mufflers you said would not work for my application. You also routed the driver side pipe so close to the suspension and drive shaft they would have come in contact while driving. Even with all that I was still polite courteous and even offered for you to raise the labor charge if more time was needed to do the work right and look good.Service: Exhaust

I send everyone and anyone to see the folks over at Kerr Car Care. All of my customer vehicles that need mechanical work come here. I also take all of my personal vehicles here as well!These guys are the most honest mechanics in town. I have tried almost EVERYONE locally and these guys really set the bar. Not one shop has even came close to the amount of care that they put into your vehicle. I have never been hit with random charges that leave me questioning my invoice and they are always fair. They don't take advantage of customers and treat everyone with respect. Renee in the office really knows her stuff! Richard is a mechanical genius and their staff are all really sharp!
