So I’m pretty unhappy with my hair I thought long and hard about posting my review but when the stylist held up my tip to show her husband I really feel something needs to be said. My hair was colored dark red in the beginning and when I went back for a correction the stylist turned my roots green then had to add a mocha color to even it out well my hair looks awful and the cut is very uneven. I did not tip her well as I felt she did not know what she was doing in coloring my hair. Her husband was sitting right there which made me feel completely uncomfortable and I felt shamed for crappy tipping as she lifted up the amount I tipped to show him. I left in tears as I had a major surgery coming up and was stressed about the results of my hair. I will never return to this salon.

Went in an asked for pink hair. My hair was brown before and the pink after is the terrible results. I was there for 7 hours. It couldn't have turned out worse. I am so unhappy about it because it was horrible to look at, it was visually terrible! and I had to buy a lot of stuff to fix it and I didn't even know if I could. Such a terrible experience and I was crying through half the appointment about how bad it looked. She constantly was leaving me in the chair for long periods of time, I had to ask other stylists where she went, and they were very rude to me too. I tried to politely let them know that I needed the money to buy products to fix the damage and the terrible color, and that I refused to pay for it! Which i'm shocked she even expected me to pay for this in the first place! My hair was damaged and looked like sh*t! which was met with attitude and more waiting so I left. Reminder, my appointment was at 11 I was there until after 6, I was there for over 7 hours and this is how they sent me out of the salon after 7 hours. They were so rude about it, their demeanor and vibe was extremely rude and dismissive. they were clearly trying to bully me into running away so that they could claim they didn't do anything. But the proof is in pictures... it couldn't have been worse genuinely. I even ended up contacting their higher ups who were also extremely disrespectful. I ended up talking with the JcPenny district manager who finally took this seriously! Last thing, there is a very clear reason they aren't labeled "JC PENNY SALON" on here, because they don't want people to be able to find it to leave bad reviews, because they're morally bad stylists and only care about money, NOT the clients! Boo fr. Do not go here

My hair had blonde front pieces for like 3 years and I was so sad to see it go but it was time and Jazmine did a wonderful job making my hair all brown all over in a light way like i wanted! Thank you!!!Services: Haircut

They botched my hair. I asked for a balyage and came out looking like a carrot. I asked for a half inch and she took off 3 inches. Get home and i have flakes of product still coming off my scalp. Will not be going back for hair cutsor color.Services: Haircut

Pretty disappointed, I booked appointment online. Showed up for my said appointment and the stylist wasn’t even in that day. I wish they would have called me, instead of having to drive down to just be turned away.

I have curly hair and it’s really hard to find someone who can give me a good cut, I rolled the dice and just randomly booked a stylist and I got Taylor. She did so good! she took the time to really shape my hair and give me the volume I was looking for. So happy with my hair! Thanks TaylorService: Haircut

Darn near impossible to get an appointment ? not because they are booked but because they don't answer the phone. Some people like myself do not like to "book appointments online"

I scheduled appts for my 86 year old mom and myself and were scheduled with Erica.Our haircuts turned out great and I scheduled a perm for my mom shortly after. Erica was so patient with my mom and I REALLY appreciate that and her perm is super cute too!! We schedule follow up cuts with her.Service: Hairstyling

Don’t bother setting an appointment at the salon. I set an appointment for a bleach correction with a stylist who was supposedly great with bleach. Upon arriving the stylist was not planning to do the entire head though it was gone over when the appointment was set. Then said stylist thought it’d be a great idea to be rude to me and my 13 year old daughter.

Got lucky and able to make appointment same day. Arrived and was seated within a few minutes, the stylist listened to my needs, so her a few pictures off my phone and she did a wonderful job. It was only $20. Looks like JC Pennys will be my go to moving forward.

USUALLY DO REALLY REALLY GOOD WORK CUTTING OUR YOUNGER BOY'S HAIR BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE WERE TREATED A BUT OVERLY RUDE BECAUSE WE'D ARRIVED OVER THERE LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES LATE FOR OUR APPOINTMENT AND THE BEAUTICIAN WE HAD WHO WAS IN CHARGE OF CUTTING HIS HAIR SAID SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT OF "WELL YOU GUYS ARE OVER FIFTEEN MINUTES LATE SOO WE WON'T BE ABLE TO DO REAL GOOD WORK AND WE'RE ONLY GOING TO BE USING ONE SIZE CLIPPER FOR FADING HIS HAIR (WHEN THEY SERIOUSLY ONLY USED THE ONE SIZE OF CLIPPERS FOR REAL WHEN WE WERE ONLY LESS FIVE MINUTES LATE IF THAT EVEN..) BUT SHE ENDED UP BEING SERIOUS ABOUT NOT DOING A REAL GOOD JOB ON OUR YOUNGER BOY'S HAIR CUT BUT EVER SINCE THEN HIS HAIRCUTS HAVE BEEN BACK TO BEING REALLY REALLY GOOD AND USUALLY PRETTY EASY TO SCHEDULE AND OR RESCHEDULE HIS HAIR CUT APPOINTMENTS AS WELL!! ??⚖️??⚖️
