I have been storing my personal belongings with Titan in Kelso for a few years. Unfortunately when I checked my unit I found Rat poop everywhere and had to move out of that unit. There were 2 big openings where the rats were able to chew their way in. I lost about 2/3 of my belongings and had to make 3 trips to the dump and hire 2 people to help me. I lost my mattress and box springs over $2k right there. Custom jewelry cabinet and desk and pictures of my kids and grandkids tons of clothes and shoes and scarves. I'm just devastated. Titan changed our insurance plan to a protection plan which covers the company from liability of lost or damaged property even if it's their fault. There is basically very little protection for the tenant. I was sent a check for $500.00 Far less than cost of the items I lost. I photographed everything and intend to recover my loss from their negligence. Be wary and read the contract carefully. Make sure your unit is completely sealed. I'd even put poison around the inside of the unit and make sure you check the unit frequently.

We are safe, secure and have up to date technology. You get individual gate access code for the electronic gate. We also have an App that allows you to open the gate from your phone. You can rent with us 24/7 online and or you can come in person in our office ours or call and rent with our long call hours. We strive to give excellent customer service!

Frazier was amazing! He was friendly, informing, understanding, and transparent about the reality of time frames and stuck to them!! I, will definitely be referring Titan storage to anybody whom is looking for a storage unit! The prices are the best around, and the simplicity of it all! Not sure if Frazier just made it very easy for us or if it’s the technology, however either way it was an incredible experience!

I left a review last year when Bobby was still in charge. I was a bit nervous about the change but Frazier has been the biggest help. Due to personal life reasons I did move out but if I end up in a tight spot where I need a new unit this is my go-to. With the new gate system, the gate hasnt been breaking anymore and there are now cameras. There are a few cons, they didnt cover the doors or locks when they painted and I ended up with paint in my lock and it ended up breaking from being jammed with paint. (I didnt have any use for it after moving out so it doesnt matter much) My unit has a leak in the top left corner that did a bit of damage when it was still pouring all winter. If you put your items in plastic totes instead of boxes then this isnt an issue. Overall, while the storage unit itself isnt gorgeous, the customer service has been the best to me from start to finish and I prefer customer service quality as my priority.

The owner spreads lies and fabricates all the details of this place. We were shown pictures and promised an ideal storage facility instead what we got was a leaking closet that had a busted lock and it was obviously previously broken into. Do not rent from these people do not go near this place. Will be seeking refund

Was breaking last year in a lot of the units and they didnt notify everybody renting units there that that was going on, i had heard from a friend who had a unit across the driveway from mine. Used to have a garbage dumpster there but its now gone. Was very convenient for throwing the junk out and left over garbage from others

I would have given this place zero stars but I had to give it at least one to write a review. This place was faulty from the start. It's too long of a story to sit here all day but the end result was me owing a late fee for less than a month and they auctioned off all of my belongings, my entire life waa in there . I did not receive a final notice nor a phone call letting me know anything.. I am pursuing a law suit. I do not recommend anyone rent from titan storage they are thrives.

Very satisfied with Titan Storage. Electronic gate & coded entry Made the difference between Titan or someone else. Moved into a 10 × 10. couple of months later, Requested a 5 x 10. I was immediately accomodated & moved in to the new one within 3 days!! Cost per month is average & in-line with other storages in this area.
