Replace battery in I phone. Did not know untill AFTER installing it WAS NOT an apple brand battery. Was told warning of battery would go away after updating IOS. It never did. Will never return to this store ever again.

The guy, apparently Harley, was rude. Should of read the reviews first.I rarely post reviews but after reading his rudeness to others I decided too. How he stays there is beyond me. What happened to customer service and to BE NICE! providing a service is not a license to be unkind

My husband Joshua brought In a nds weeks later I called the man said it couldn't be fixed but still is charging me $40 I'm not picking it up its broken anyways and the man rips people off!! Shame on them!Edit : My father got Joshua's nds today (August 25th) thank God he didn't have to pay the $40 for it not being fixed(Lady is nice and was the one who gave the nds back to my father I like her but the guy is who I don't like hope he doesn't rip people off in the future)If you can't do a job don't charge people that's just poor business practice and disrespectful I think the only reason we got it back for free is because my dad was Stern with the dude on the phone few days agoYou don't treat costumers like that you just don't! If he fixed it I'd be happy to pay but not just looking at it smh

Took my ipad to Charisma Computer for a cracked screen. Pre-paid for the service, then he said he couldn't do it and never refunded me my money or gave the iPad back. Notice the other reviews are complaining about the repair shop and he says "not my business" but the good reviews he has no problem accepting. I might suggest kicking out the other party if they truly are not in business together which seems doubtful.

2 weeks ago NEW WOW, just WOW! Lousy workmanship, doesn't stand behind his work, & vulgar & rude when asked to. Harley screwed up the replacement screen on my tablet then blamed me for rushing him & told me to go F*** myself multiple times after refusing to fix his crappy work. I wouldn't send my worst enemy in there! I've since seen several bad reviews & Johann at Charisma has the same "canned" reply about Harley being independent & blah blah blah... fact is, my receipt says Charisma Computers on it so Johann is aware of Harley's shoddy workmanship & continues to allow him to use his brand. I'll be sending a complaint to the BBB & letting everyone know. The only reason I gave this one star is because it wouldn't post without it, I give this business 0 stars.

I sent my laptop in to have it cleaned up so it would run faster. I DID NOT! Tell them that they could delete my music but they went ahead and did it anyways. Dont take ANY electronics to them. They will also call you and try to get you to buy their anti-virus software. DONT FALL FOR IT! Do your research and find a better place to have your electronics fixed and cleaned.

this place is a scam, couldnt fix my unit,couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. charged more than advertised for their "non diagnosis" . DO NOT GO HERE. receptionist is a nice lady. Good person in a bad place.

They claim to repair/replace iPhone batteries, I went through 2 batteries both didn’t charge and finally had to go to Batteries+ who told me these guys ruined the wireless charging pad inside my phone which is something that isn’t easily fixed if at all.

Like someone else said...if I could give zero stars I would. I was recommended this place of business by my wireless carrier. He did a good job helping me by retrieving data from a broken phone and transferring it to a new phone. While there I mentioned that I needed a tablet. He showed me a Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro that he got from someone. It was used. He said it worked. I bought it. It did work. For a few months. It began overheating when I tried to do anything with it and at some point was shutting itself off continuously. I brought it back to this business because he did such a good job with my phone. The man told me he would fix it. I waited. And waited. And waited. Called. A woman told me it was "sitting here" and done. I drove 30 miles to pick it up and when I asked if he fixed it he told me that "it charged just fine." I said well...that's not why I brought it to you. It charges but then it shuts itself off and overheats. He then said it needed a new battery. Okaaay. I left it with him. Again. Waited. And waited and waited. I called and a woman answered. She told me it wasn't done. Okaay. Wait some more. Long story short...I never heard from these people. for 8 months they have had this thing. Not one phone call. When I would call they either couldn't remember what I brought or...I would have to remind them why the tablet was there. When I finally drove another 30 miles today to get it, it STILL wasn't fixed. He asked me what I wanted to do. I said I wanted my money back. He had the nerve to tell me that I've had the tablet for a year and that he wasn't going to refund me the $150 plus tax I paid. Then he has the nerve to ask me why I didn't care about his small business. I lost it. I started my review with good things to say for a reason. If, at any point, in the last few months I had gotten a phone call and someone had said...hey, we can't fix this thing. we'll refund you...I would be a loyal customer. I would refer him. But I am giving him a TERRIBLE review instead. Not because he didn't fix the tablet. I am giving him a terrible review because he is a terrible businessman. He doesn't have the good sense to know that treating someone fairly is far better business than anything that 150 dollars will get him. I will be going to my wireless carrier and telling them my experience. I will recommend they send their clients somewhere else. I will tell ALL my friends about my experience. I certainly won't be returning. I indeed care about small business. I own one. And I can tell you, sir...admitting you made a mistake...and returning that money will help your small business WAY more than being a j**** So...take this review as me caring enough about your small business enough to give you some advice. When you promise to fix something...and you can't or don't want to...you probably should be honest. Call the client. And refund their money...and as an added bonus...don't insult them. And...I hope you choke on that 150 dollars plus tax. You are a j**** And a terrible businessman.
