Because there are a variety of issues that can cause a vehicle to miss he is doing what's the most common and efficient and then moving to the next issue. Great customer service, Lower prices, and Mr. Auto is a small, local business. Manuel is very good at explaining the process. Rochelle man's the office, she is very kind and attentive. I am a senoir citizen on a fixed income. I feel that they take my needs seriously.”

“I had a tire issue on my way down from Seattle to Portland. Stopped by Bob’s because it was by the gas station. While they didn’t have my tire size in stock they went out of their way to check neighboring stores for a tire and also put on my spare for no extra cost! Very nice people who work there, would stop by again.”

“As soon as you walk in the door here, you know that you're going to be taken care of I met Crystal at the reception desk and she knew exactly who I was coming in and what I needed to get done, from there, Jon in the service department assured me that I would be taken care of, he kept me informed at each step of the way. Parts are on the way, and I am a priority for getting repaired and out the door. They are open from 7 AM until 11 PM. on weekdays. They have a customer lounge here with a TV and refreshments to help you pass the time while you're waiting.”
“I had a flat tire on a trip to Oregon and Jiffy Lube-Kelso changed the flat with the spare and gave me directions to Les Schwabs in Kelso for the tire repair.
