Was told my ID was falsified then told I had intent to purchase alcohol for a minor by a larger women with brunette hair. I very calmly told her to check my ID and I was greeted with yelling and screaming that I was buying alcohol for minors. So which is it? my ID is fake or I’m some creep? Either way, I never intend to return, she was incredibly rude and unreasonable.

I was traveling North on I-5 when my computer warning lights came on my 2021 car. We pulled over to the nearest station which was the Chevron in Kalama. Long story short a belt broke which disabled my whole car. The store was closing and my husband told the lady we were broke down and would come back with a new belt and our mechanic to fix it but we live more than an hour away. I called the Chevron at 4:45am when they opened letting them know it was my car and we would get there as soon as possible to fix it. Our car was not in the way, as a matter of fact, we made sure it was at the far corner. There were no visible signs of towing near my vehicle. When we arrived hours later our car was on a tow truck. These owners were unkind and unsympathetic of our situation. I will never do business with owners like this. Gives the name Chevron a bad name.

Never able to break 100s. So if u have to walk three miles don't because the disrespectful lady won't break your 100s. It's not the customers fault u can't break change there for item should be free. This store has lost business from me and three others.

I don’t normally write reviews BUT this is a must. I go around town picking up the garbage for work and I stop in here Monday and Friday sometimes in between and every time the ladies in there at like 6-7 in the morning are just AMAZING. They help start my day off a great, they are such a blessing. Lisa is one of them and the others I can’t remember their names but absolutely love love LOVE them! Keep them around, you guys are amazing :)

I went through the driver through on my lunch break to get my cigs as I normally do every other day at this chevron. When the lady new lady tried to run my card , she said it’s not working I tried three times .My card doesn’t have a chip it’s old school just swipe . I explained that sometimes you have to walk around the counter because it’s an old card . I said I know you’re new so you probably didn’t know that. She spoke to the manager on duty , handed my card back and said run it yourself then and you can do it by yourself. So I went in the store and showed them it works , it worked the first time too. So , instead of her just trying to help and run my card she was very rude and said clearly you’ll have to come in to do it yourself . Instead of walking around the counter to do it herself. Why have a drive thru then ? This type of customer service was enough to make me never want to speaks a penny here again. Everyone else is friendly but this younger newer employee is going to lose you business. I get cigarettes here every other day. I will now be going to the kalama shopping center to spend more money because they are at least nice and respectful to their customers . Very disappointed customer who will not be back.

Wish the clerks would listen and pay attention. 3 times i have asked for full flavor cigarettes and they sell me lights. I need to learn not to trust them and double check before i leave and go to work. It really upsets me because what is so hard that they cant give the customers what they ask for. If they could learn to listen and pay attention.
