If they cared more about soldiers than they do the technicians it’ll be a great facility , they don’t care if your unit is deploying and you forgot appointments while trying to pcs! Once people realize without soldiers civilians on base would have no job it’s soldiers and their families with pets . Attitude is nasty as well .appointments always so far out never answer the phone !

Appointments are so far out. Could not get scheduled until I came in person to prove active duty service, I live over an hour away so that was a major inconvenience, I called and they said they are open everyday from like 0800-1600 or whatever hours, I asked if they had training on Thursdays and she said no they are open everyday...... I went up there during the week, and there was a sign on the door saying they were doing some training ?? and closed for the rest of the day. I was pissed.

Don't let that list of charges fool you , we frequently drop 3 to 5 hundred dollars, and they do not do a lot of things due to limited staff or just something they can't do.but they do try to do a good job.

I just called the phone number and nobody answered. Just got a generic recording that didn't even identify the clinic. I can't trust such a place with my cat.

Always helpful for my dog. Also, compare to civilian vets they have more availability and better pricing.

I wish I knew the doctor and techs names. But they were amazing. My GSD is always nervous and afraid, but they took their time with him. Both were super soft spoken and patient and I think that made my boy extra comfortable. They both took their time to listen to us and answer all questions. We’ve been to several vets throughout the years and this is the only one we’ve actually felt 100% comfortable with. They allowed us to stay in the room with him which helped the situation tremendously. The fact that our boy left with significantly less anxiety is a huge change. Can’t wait to continue his care here!

I've been taking my cat here for a couple of years now and have always enjoyed our visits. I also adopted a German Shepherd recently and had to bring her in, as well as my cat this month. Both of those visits went really well. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive. They're also very informative and answered all of my 100 questions, and I love that I never felt rushed. On one occasion we had to wait longer then normal but the staff was so wonderful, it wasn't a problem at all. This is definitely my go to vet clinic. Good job staff! ?

Really enjoy going here. All providers and staff we've encountered have always been incredibly friendly, understanding, and professional. It is very evident that the people here want to help the animals they're caring for and aren't judgmental at all about pushing a particular treatment plan or lack thereof on you. The only thing that's a bit frustrating is the appointment process, but it a military vet office and that part runs about as smoothly as any other one I've used is. The prices here are SO much better than off base, so for me it's worth the frustration of having to call a few times to get a sick call appointment and to drive all the way to base since I don't actually live particularly close. We've used them on and off for over 10 years. The were great to work with when dealing with an OCONUS PCS and very kind with my elderly dogs.

PLEASE READ MY POST !!IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO JBLM VET!! YOU PET MAY END DEAD. They are all full of negligent people or they don't know what they are doing. I took my cat for blood work beucase I was worry about my cats kidneys. They told me that she was ok, four months later I took my cat to another Vet and base on the blood work from JBLM my cat was having kidney disease. THEY LET THIS PASS, My poor cat. Before this happend I took nother cat, they told me that he was fine two months later he was dead, they fail to see that he has signs for kidney failure. JBLM CLinic sent an email to my husband saying that they are sorry for the mistake like if they are talking about a material thing. THIS CLINIC SHOULD BE CLOSED. Addition to that, their customer service is horrible, they never answered the phones becuase lack of people and lack of personnel and the few they have don't know what they do it.

I primarily take my male husky/malamute here and it’s my favorite vet to take him too. The staff is really kind, patient, and treats my boy like their own. I only wish they had more availability but I also understand they primarily see military working dogs (heroes ). This is still my number 1 pick as a vet even though we have established care elsewhere as a back up. They’re the most reasonably priced in my opinion. Photo of my dog who is like my son.

I love coming here for my pets because of the prices and location. The biggest flaw of this vet is the fact that they rarely answer the phone or return phone call and voicemails. I usually have to come into the facility to schedule an appointment which is extremely inconvenient.

Nice and friendly staff. The appointment went quickly with not a lot of waiting around. Got my pups all caught up with her shots and meds.
