Lost my package, making it seem like it was my fault saying there was no return address. Then I showed them picture of enevolpe that was sent and acted like it still wasn't there fault. And that was a supervisor I spoke with.

Truly, truly what awful customer service. I understand that there are procedures and processes in place, however they're dealing with people's mail. I wish I remembered the name of the employee I spoke to, but honestly all the employees in general were unwelcoming and hostile for no reason. Please don't go there, it's not worth it.

The staff has been extremely kind to me and helpful. I normally have everything ready to ship and use the label broker. The hours are honestly however they are feeling that day so it is pretty inconvenient for anyone who plans their day to a tee.

Customer service was terrible. Immediately upon entering I was met with hostility by the female behind the counter. Instead of asking questions or assisting once I got to the counter I was assailed with questions about what I was doing with the box I was holding and why it wasn’t taped. While standing in line the female behind the counter frequently questioned me why it my box was not prepared for shipping prior to arrival, which was quite apparent as I had not reach the packing material yet and without breaching their covid related distancing policy the lobby was full. This is the second time I have used this branch, the first time was to retrieve packing slips, and I will being take all possible action to never use it again.

This Post Office's hours are horrible. It isn't open when you need to go there the most. For some reason, I feel like I always overpay at this post office. I had a letter envelope which was less than 3oz and the post clerk made me pay $3.50.

This is by far the worst post office I've ever been to. The man who runs this store is the meanest, grumpiest, unhappiest gentleman I've ever met. I hope the USPS reads these reviews because this man should not be working here. It's like pulling teeth every time I have to go here to mail a package. I've even seen this guy be mean to nice little old lady who went to send a package. She walked next door to the convenience store and complained to the cashier, who replied that everyone who comes out of that store is unhappy after dealing with that man. Seriously, this man should either be fired, or someone must talk to him and get him to lighten up.

Clerk kept insisting my Streamlight LED tactical light would shatter inside the bubble wrap...It's a combat-tested flashlight! It's made of aircraft-grade aluminum, nearly indestructible! I asked if she knew what it was. The reply: "I'm not stupid." -Not sure I believe that. Maybe not, but definitely not thrilled to be working in that little post office nook. I'll just mail from another post office. Lastly: You CAN mail a box received from any service through the USPS, using a new label and voiding out the old label.
