Showed up at 4:24 and was denied service because they are “not authorized overtime.”They close at 4:30. If you stop serving customers, there should be a posted shut off time or change your advertised hours to 4:00 so you can finish up by 4:30.

Who the heck comes up with a work schedule like this? I've never seen a workplace with this kind of work schedule where they get way more breaks than soldiers and have a shorter working period. The guy is in there but they're just strumming away on their guitar.

Lackadaisical Demeanor from the workers I’ve come across especially for scanning packages. My biggest beef is that so many of my packages were going missing!!! Started having to put tracking on orders and I had to start walking in and making sure items were getting scanned. If you can avoid this post office, do it. Sad that all the complaints and ratings doesn’t seem to make any impact. Walking in to see the lady pull her work ID from inside her bra. Super professional. Just overall sucks this is our post office.

Please fire the black lady who works here. She gives off the vibes she doesn't care about her job. Is very rude to military. I've been to many USPS in my life and this is the worst one.

The black lady kim was lazy, the girl training in there was doing all the work and helping customers while she sat in the back watching youtube or instagram posts or whatever. She was very rude and she had a stench. This is literally the worst usps in the entirety of the organization and all of my deployments. I feel bad but this seems like a consistent thing in all the reviews. I’ve reported her to usps regionals. This is crazy everytime i come in shes rude and everyone goes to the ups or drop box to avoid the trouble of her.

I’m on night shift meaning I sleep most of the day so someone please explain to me how the closing time is 1630 but for the past two days I show up at 1600 then 1540 in that order and there’s a sign on the door that’s wrote in sharpie saying closed to 0800 which is weird cause your opening time is 0930 to 1630. How am I supposed to get my mail? I guess I have to start cutting my sleep and waking up 3 hours into it just to get mail.

The lady that works here is TERRIBLE. She has an attitude no matter what. She makes you feel stupid for asking any questions. I’d rather drive 20 minutes further to not deal with her. Reading the other reviews, she has been a problem for a while now. Why is she still employed here?

I like to be impartial with reviews, but the conduct of this place makes that VERY difficult. I went there today at 1030 to mail off a package. I came into the building and there is a line of Airman 5 deep. I am thinking that I may have gotten here right when they open, but that wasn't the case. The door to the Post office is closed and there is a crumpled-up sign that says "Closed for Technical difficulties" as if this was a tv station. An airman was knocking on the door as the sign looked too old to be put on there today. There was no answer, so I went to the other mail rooms that are in the building that were staffed. They had no idea that the USPS was closed and said that the lady was there earlier. So I decided to come back in a couple hours. Same thing, door closed, junky sign. I walked around to the other side of the building where the Airman’s PO boxes are and heard some chatter. I asked the two ladies if the post office was still closed and again, they were completely unaware. She mentioned that they got the mail from the USPS and were sorting it. SighI have been to this PO before and have yet to have a decent experience. There's a black lady there that wears a head rap and has a very large personality. I was talking with a fellow airman and the music was up in the mail room. A song by the 90's group Jodeci came on and I commented that I never really liked them, and they make me nervous because of how short they were. Well, you would have thought that this woman gave birth to KC High because she jumped into high gear and started berating me about them and how wonderful they are and then she said, "I wouldn't expect a white man to understand, this isn't white men can’t jump!" Now, the airman that was with me was black himself and he asked her "What does that even mean? and oh BTW, he wasn't talking to you, he was talking to me."The statement didn't make sense , because I am 6ft 4 and can dunk a basketball and Jodeci can’t ANNND Woody Haralson did dunk the ball at the end of the movie so...that's 2 for me...Just saying.Anyway, there was a third time I was there where they literally went to lunch 1 hour after opening, or on break or an extended lunch....USPS....is this how you serve the Military? Bigoted, rude employees?P.S. Bigoted comments only work when they are relevant and since she can’t dunk a basketball and I can so Boooyaaa.

I've had good experiences here, always been treated with respect over the years by all employees. I just time my trips between their required breaks or lunch, and everything has been chill. The wait is usually only a couple of minutes for service.

Was trying to find closest post office and it just so happened to b this one,after reading all the terrible reviews about about it I thought forget it,and wondering is this lady actually STILL working here?? If so I guess whoever her employer is must be just as unhappy and miserable as she is.

With only two employees, when packages arrive on site, it can take upwards of a week for them to be sorted and placed in your PO box.
