18 days to get my AGSU Jacket back with the unit patches sewn on the wrong side, despite them labeling them correctly during drop off. 7-10 days to get OCP tops back only to have patches sewn upside down. People complain that Jeannies is too expensive. You know what’s expensive? Time!

Do not go!!! Worst experience ever. They could not get my order right. The last time I will ever go there.

If I could time travel to never have gone here I would. Go to the local off post locations, night and day difference in quality and customer service.
