I've always had a very positive experience here, I've been getting my hair done here for about a year and a half. The stylist are very professional and talented. It's really easy to get an appointment and the do a great job.

I did a walk-in and was greeted by the rudest staff. One worker sat on their phone and didn’t acknowledge that I even walked in, and the other sighed like she was annoyed that I asked if they had availability for a walk-in that morning.When I was taken back to get my haircut, I showed a picture of what I wanted, and I asked the stylist to not cut my hair wet as I have naturally curly hair and I have a bad experience every time my hair is cut wet. The stylist response was “I cut hair wet,” and she then proceeded to spray my hair before I could object and tell her I’d go elsewhere.Sure enough, my haircut is choppy, uneven, and not at all what I wanted it to look like. It looks God awful, so now I get to go pay more money to have a different salon fix it.Service: Haircut

So I walk in today with the hopes of trying the get an Asymmetrical bob(shorter in the back, longer in the front). I have and undercut, which she proceeded to get upset about and tell me there's no way she can do it. I tried to explain to her I didn't want a stack but she kept talking over me. So I show her a simple mohawk (two rounded shaved sides leaving the middle long) and proceeded to flip my hair in my face yelling at me about how she couldn't do that either. She wouldn't let me get a word in. So finally I had to yell twice "stop flipping me in the face with my own hair, let it go". I feel like she didn't even want to try to help, and she was judging me for my hairstyle choices. She was a mid age white woman. I can't attest for the other stylist. She took one look at me and gave me to the other lady. I don't recommend going here, they don't seem like they are kind enough nor educated in modern day hair styles.Services: Haircut

My daughter is biracial and I had never received a trim or a professional deep condition plus wash. Kedra did an amazing job! She was very attentive my daughter was comfortable and even entertained her her mannequin. As a mother with not much hair knowledge Kedra educated me and helped me find products best for my daughter’s hair texture. Kedra was such a welcoming and kind stylist when we initially arrived week’s before; she remembered us and I felt like she was excited to work with my daughter as well.The shop was very clean and well maintained. Even though we came on a non-busy day, it was very nice to have those one on one conversations. Kedra’s personality and care for the client in the chair is amazing. Her technique of cutting a busy body toddler also was ingenious as well. Time well spent at this salon. Will be coming back just for Kedra for her awesome service!

Got my braids done there and Kedra did amazing job! Very nice person to chat with, and professional during my appointment. Even gave tips for proper hair products for my hair. Finally found a spot to get my hair done the right way! Thank you!!

Started doing my hair 30 minutes after appointment was supposed to start. Ruined my hair. Very unprofessional and rude. Bad customer service. One lady was friendly but the one that did my hair was awful.

I had a great hair cut and these women are great stylists but they kept commenting on how dry my hair was and how I needed to condition more. we also found a very affective hair detangle and asked her how much it was she said an over priced number that we found 7 dollars cheaper online and at a sore

Bad bad bad experience. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and when I questioned the cut I was told that the cut I got was what was in the picture. Mind you, this was AFTER she cut my hair.

So terrible I went to go do my hairdone supposed to but I ended up not having my hairdone coz this lady ask me if I could wait for haf an hour so she could take a break seriously I understand u need to take a break but to make the customer wait for half hour it's not right and plus I only see one customer with two hair dresser wow I never experienced like this and never complain my first time what terrible hair salon...

Walked in at open and they were courteous. Best eye brow wax I've had in the 6 months since I moved here. Dee was great! Found my new eye brow lady lol!
