“I love this place. They have all the skincare products I usually have to order from overseas and for very good prices. The reviews saying the employees follow you around are true unfortunately. It didn't bother me much but I can see why it might makes others uncomfortable.”

“Went in for a bra fitting and had the absolute best experience with Kelly! She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. She sized me correctly, picked a nice variety of bras for me to try and was a great listener in making some changes based on what was working best and what colors I was looking for. Ended up leaving with three great bras that I'm honestly excited to wear! If it's been awhile since your last fitting I cannot more enthusiastically recommend you go in and get fitted with Kelly. Thank you!”
“Thanks for the great customer service. I had a return that I knew was a few days beyond the authorized period for exchange and return. I asked politely if the manager would accept the dress and shirt since I had just got back from a vacation. She listened politely and honored my request. But it was nice to be greeted by a Marshalls employee who happened to be smiling ?while addressing me with respect And kindness. seemed to be enjoying the time they spent interacting with customers and not attempting to embarrass me and not jumping to odd conclusions that I was streeling from them (even though I just walked in the store. Believe it or not It has happened to me at another store. ?(Will not state the name until I upload my proof!?) disrespecting everyone from me, them, everyone in ?earshot and ?️eyesight. So I believe a heart felt? thank you is in order so? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ? for making me feel welcome. Too bad I couldn't find anything I liked. ????”

“This is not the store I usually go to when I do go, but it was one of the cleaner Ross stores I have been to. It's pretty big and lots to choose from. The cashier did shove a newborn knit blanket in with hangers (that I now need to swap if they have any more because it is Super cute and we have a brand new grandson), but other than that, decent experience at this store.”

“I love Macy’s, and the store in Tacoma has a lot of beautiful products. The customer service is also fantastic.
I was looking for a rice cooker and a couple of extra firm pillows from Macy’s. I was to get a couple of nice pillows, but the rice cooker I had to order it. I was able to order it in-store for home delivery, and the customer service rep helped me with it.
I’ll be shopping at this Macy’s again.”
“Target is clean and well maintained. Like many stores, the variety of choices is not huge. Most things are reasonably priced but it is still expensive. There is no shortage of staff to help. Nothing spectacular but fine.”

“Wonderful employees and a nice store when customers aren't throwing everything everywhere and stealing stuff. It seems like a lot of people don't realize that many of the employees in there are online store shoppers and do not need to help customers or jump through millions of hoops just to satisfy one customer. Employees with carts to take online orders have the main objective of fulfilling online orders on time, not you! These people work long hours and it seems like customers are the rudest and feel entitled to run them to the ground, and are doing their absolute best as HUMANS and employees to do their job and get paid.”

“I went to get glasses at this Walmart. The lady the optometrist has been working there for 5 years. Did an excellent job got the right prescription very happy Great experience. This is after I got a prescription a couple days before at Fred Meyers on 72nd which I did not trust. The prescriptions were different and I know that the Fred Meyer prescription was wrong obviously I paid an extra hundred bucks to do it again.”
