Been coming here for 3 years now and it's just gotten worse and worse. Prices have hiked over the last few years, and service has gotten poorer. Today my wife and I waited over an hour for food and then was told that our ticket had been lost. The only good thing about the bowling alley is Matt P. He does exceptional work in the pro shop.

Under new management. Felt claustrophobic in the lanes being crowed on both sides when there were more open lanes on the other side of the facility. Been going here for 6 years and was not accommodated to get another lane.

Bowl arena lanes is a great place to bowl, eat, play pool and watch football. It has it all. There is also a small arcade area next to the cafe.

The bowling alley itself is great, however the choice of music playlist is inappropriate for a family activity. When I pointed out to the staff that rap music talking about banging girls was not the best choice for a time with at least 100 kids present, the staff begrudgingly skipped to the next song that wasn't much better.

Went bowling today and normally they have the AC going in the building . Had my family and paid for two lanes. During our time playing we all noticed it was extremely warm in the building. Went to the counter to ask if the air was on because it was getting extremely warm. The Staff member could not answer the question. So be we all decide to order food and drinks from the cafeteria to try and cool down a little before anymore bowling. Went and ordered our food and drinks for each of the family members. After paying for everything at the cafeteria. The staff never relayed to us before we purchased everything that there was no Ice for the drinks. This day was a definite problem day. Never in the past have we ever seen it this bad.

I’ll just be honest the teens these days have horrible customer service. One churches me for two games never asking me but assuming I wanted two. The got somewhat of an attitude. Also the teens must be In charge of the musics because there were a bunch of songs that were not appropriate for kids but we live in an age were everything is ok.

Clean, fun, and safe. Best nachos supremes this side of the Cascades mountain range! Burgers are pretty good and fairly priced. Seating is acceptable. Beer is also readily available. Try the nachos supreme and you'll be back on an irregular basis.
