Just wasted an hour there trying to open a business account with someone who had no idea how to open an account. Ended up getting up and walking out. If you’re going to train a new employee on how to open accounts then you should have them watch while you open the account instead of wasting a potential new customers time

Since they closed the branch inside Safeway, it has been less convenient. Their online banking and cistomer service is awful! Totally not customer centric!

Terrible experience… I was trying to deposit a cashier check from another bank account of myself and was shocked to be told that it has to be verified. Even if I waited, it took more than 15 minutes and they then said they need some signature from someone in then back office but that person was never showing up. When I decided to withdraw the check the banker was even trying to argue with me so I had to insist that this is my money and you have no right to keep it. Will never come to this bank again and will consider closing my other accounts with this bank too.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The staff here is very rude. While we are depositing a cashier check we just got from chase. The teller judged us and think we are fraud and insists on calling g chase to do verification, Chase actually does not do over the phone verification, so you can tell this is definitely not a normal process. We did this many times before, never encountered a time the TELLER need to do a verification on a CASHIER CHECK over the phone! We take the money back to chase, not a good place to put your money in!

Review is not for the bank, it is for the branch. I think they did a great job. 1. They’ve been proactive, called me and suggested to facilitate solving my problem. 2. At the branch all docs were already ready for me when I arrived, explanations were clear. 3. Good nice smiles and quick professional work. 4. Even if junior team member didn’t know smth others stepped in, helped and worked as a team. Branch definitely deserves higher rating than it has today.

Pathetic service... the personal banker made me unnecessarily wait while she was chitchatting with her colleagues for nearly 20 minutes. I’m not happy with their online banking services either as I have had to have my card blocked and replaced for fraudulent charges

Big checking fees, slow service, disorganized I asked to close my account because of the outrageous fees. They would not reverse the fee that just showed up. Had me wait for the supervisor for 10 minutes before realizing they were out to lunch. Would not recommend this branch. #losing my business

We have been customers of the Wells Fargo Pine Lake branch since 2012. Randi the branch manager is a real gem. She is always available to answer our questions and help us when we make updates and changes to our accounts. When we were settling an out-of-state estate for our parents, Randi helped us numerous times over many months with notary and medallion signatures. She is always friendly, fast and efficient, a real pleasure to work with. The tellers are a pleasure to work with also, they are all friendly and greet us with a hello as soon as we set one foot inside the door. If Kristin is there she will greet me with my name, she has also helped us with notary service, she a real asset to the branch. Sherman, the mortgage consultant in the branch, has provided us with great service when we needed a refi both locally and for an out of state property, making it an easy process for us.

The service is very bad as they ask for 2 government issues Ids to look for account details (driving license is not enough). We need to carry passport with us to visit this branch
