Ever since the Franciscan Health merger, the customer service has completely declined - especially in scheduling and billing departments. Service was so awful today that I've decided to switch doctors, which is not easy, so that is saying quite a bit.

My hair was falling out in bunches. Bring it in to dr. Kay..I also had brain fog.i couldn't use a can opened. He just laughed at me. So demeaning..I was in ICU in another state..very sick. With covid..no support at virginia mason

I can usually get a primary appointment here in 1-3 days vs 2-3 weeks at Swedish. They are faster and more responsive than nearly any other provider nearby. Also, I love that it is easy to get a human on the like when calling !!
