I've gotten some great, gently-used, XL shirts from here, and a monitor. Can't complain, the employees are helpful, and the goods are ?.

My first time at this location and I was dropping some things off to donate. Dominic was super sweet and courteous when handling my things and making conversation with me which I much appreciated. Thank you again Dominic for being kind and a genuine human☺️

There is no fitting room to try on items and they don’t let you return clothing. You have to exchange items that don’t fit for something else of equal value within two weeks of purchase. Terrible return policy.

I came here the for the first time in probably 5 years yesterday. Having previously shopped here I thought I knew what to expect, higher prices but slightly better quality items than most other consignment stores around but still cheaper than buying brand new. I always have low expectations when it comes to customer service these days so wasn’t expecting much in that area.
Man oh man were my expectations WAY too high! Their prices are outlandish, like some things more than double if you buy it brand new. They had these plastic Halloween kid cups that were from the target dollar section priced at $5.99!!! I don’t know if I was more shocked at their pricing or their brazenness but they couldn’t be bothered to take the original price tags off of these items! They are blatantly showing you they are ripping you off! They had Starbucks reusable plastic cups for $10.99 mind you they are old styles and scratched up without straws (not that you should want the straws anyway) but you can get these same cups brand new at Starbucks close out for .50 cents less! Skimming through they clothes went about the same $5 target shirts priced at $11-$25 out of style store brand jeans for $30-$40 name brand (Levi’s and such) for $27.99-$59.99 It was insane! I was there about 30 minutes and saw a dozen or so people come in look around make comments about the prices and leave. Needless to say that although I stayed longer than most I too left empty handed and went to Fred Meyer for the kitchen item I was after and saved myself around 10 bucks. Now I can’t speak on their employees because the entire half hour I was there I didn’t spot one, so I guess the upside to that is I wasn’t followed around the store as other reviewers have claimed to have been, I also didn’t have any questions that needed answering, luckily. Their self checkout seems to be the only point of sale, but again I don’t buy anything but don’t recall seeing a normal cashier/cash register.
To sum up, I wasted half hour so you don’t have to. Go to target or Fred Meyer or even the mall and save yourselves some coin!

Not to mention the lack of personal to assist a locked cabinet with fake and overpriced items, the attitude with the front of the house attendants are atrocious at best ! I understand the are acting their wage but having the customers check bag and pay themselves would be enough of an issue if it wasn’t for the fact getting any assistance is almost impossible. The management is no where in sight !

THERE IS NO DRESSING ROOM!!! ?♀️?

They removed the dressing rooms during covid and never brought them back. They make money off of this. People buy clothes that don't fit, and the store does not accept returns, only exchanges. Horrible business practice.

The prices here have gotten ridiculous over the last year. Some items we have seen for sale at Dollar Tree ($1.25) we’ve seen at this store for $6. The store is always disorganized and there are no employees available to help other than at checkout.
We’ve also donated times at least a dozen times before and the lines are almost always long. This most recent time, an employee was throwing items into carts and we could hear fragile items breaking.
We really hesitate to come back at this point.

I think the associate who helped me at the dropoff zone was named Josh. Very helpful and pleasant, worked there 10 years. This morning a very rude impatient lady threw a fit about the way he asked her to move her car back out of the way. If you get a complaint from her, she's full of it.

Don't you find it odd that every item in a Thrift store has been freely donated by people and some Thrift Stores seem to mark items with ridiculous prices? I do. I can't figure out why anyone would pay almost $10 for a pair of dressy shorts that were poorly cut from pants by the person who donated them. Or $17 for a cheap Wilson tennis racquet with a sticky handle. Everything I looked at was overpriced. Would not pay a dime to this store. Thankfully there are many better Value Village locations than this one.

Prices are more over the top than goodwill. Didn't even think that was possible given how insane Goodwill's prices are. It is crazy people literally donate goods and then these stores charge more than new prices. Making money off the generosity of others. Sad this is the way companies are doing buisness.
Seriously disappointing and won't be coming back
