I had some issues with my bumper and flashing/splash guard underneath, but it was a very small and simple job. I was struggling to get quotes for such a small thing (just needed new clips), and I stopped by United and they fixed it for me right there- it was done before others from earlier had even sent me quotes.
They were so helpful it would be my first stop for any other body work, I couldn't have been happier.

I can’t say enough good things about how thorough United Autobody is about repairs and painting. My car looks like new. Also, they coordinated payment with the responsible insurance company and arranged for me to be picked up by the rental car company.

It is not always a positive thing to go to an auto body repair shop because it probably means your car has gotten into an accident. But, if you do, I would HIGHLY recommend United. They were fantastic from the phone call to schedule an appointment to sending me off with my newly repaired bumper. United Autobody touched up the side of my car that had been hit in a parking lot, which had nothing to do with my bumper repair, AND my car was washed and vacuumed. I truly appreciate a business that works above and beyond, and United Autobody does this.

I have used United Autobody exclusively for 3 different accidents over 10 years. However, yesterday, I happen to bring my Tesla in for an estimate with a scratch on the door.The woman working the front counter basically came out and screamed at me that she was not allowed to touch Teslas nor did she know anyone that worked on Teslas. I didn't know if she was drunk or jacked up on caffeine. She basically yelled me write off the lot.She took all that I thought was good in United Autobody and threw it out the window in 30 seconds.If she would have just calmly said that I need to take it to an authorized Tesla bodyshop (which I know now), that would have been great. Instead she decided to take out whatever was eating her that day on the next person that walked through the door.Service: Body & Trim

Friendly, welcoming front desk person. The owner is a bit reserved, but will answer questions, seems to know his craft. The results on my car repair are first-rate, really nice work.

I can't recommend them highly enough. When my Challenger was in an accident I needed an estimate and had to call lots of places many of which couldn't even take a look for weeks or even months. United told me to come by the next day and I got the estimate there and then. The car was booked in for repairs a while later and there were supply issues on some parts which they kept me informed about and we worked together to find an intermediate solution. The car came back looking exactly as it had before the accident. Their communication was really impressive and they are always incredibly friendly - Andrea, Dan and Mark were all lovely to talk to.
