Incredible experience at the Issaquah, Wa store on Gilman. I appreciated the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and patience of the reps in helping an amateur. They took a great amount of time and care to match up our paint from 12 years ago! Came away with our paint, a great experience, and feeling good about doing business with Sherwin Williams!

Great experience at this location. Akeem the manager couldn’t be more helpful and professional, he goes out of his way to help you get what you need and advice you how to get it done. Hard to find this level of customer service and friendliness! 5⭐️

I've been to this location several times over the past year and always leave feeling disappointed. This review is long overdue. The team here upsells you on every purchase and never asks questions to fully understand your needs. I get better service from surrounding customers. Do yourself a favor and head to Mallory Paint where the staff is GREAT and you will always leave feeling happy!

Great store good sales people unfortunately there is a paint shortage that is affecting them. I would give five stars for everything else but when you go to a paint store you need paint to be in stock.

I'm not happy with the guy who signed me up for my new business account. He put a totally different business name on my account, then I called back multiple times and he said he was going to.fix it and never did. Todd T Hull called me today on another matter and I mentioned that it was supposedto be fixed and it still was not so he is in the process of fixing it. So I am grateful for Todd T Hull. Also not just that, but the guy was absolutely rude and extremely arrogant. This happened over a month ago. I will not be doing business with this sherwin williams ever again. The guy needs to be put threw classes on respect and proper training. Also training on communication skills.

The staff at both the Issaquah stores were very helpful and easy to work with. The paint covered the area well and was easy to apply. I would buy Sherwin-Williams paint again.
