Well I've only been living here in ISSAQUAH for a few months now and I like this gas station it's close to home and the beer is good for the price and the people who works there are absolutely nice and polite and that's about all I can say ? ?

I can come to the Jackson's Shell anytime of day in Issaquah, contrary to mosts routine, I exclusively come here during the night shift... Why?... You may wonder.. Michael's good energy, attention to detail, and uplifting spirit truly makes an impact on my day and is the sole reason I'm a dedicated customer to this store, even consciously recognizing Arco is less than a mile away and their gas is far and consistently cheaper... I hope management realizes the caliber employee they have in him and he remains at this location for a long time!!! Only reason for the 4/5 is sometimes he's usually working a shift but for some reason isn't?? Anyways can't complain about a typically good situation!

Purchased something and they wanted to give me change in a foreign currency. I asked for USD since that's what I paid in and don't want to go to the bank to exchange my $3 change to USD. He argued for a bit but finally gave me my correct change.

Since I live so close to this gas station, I come here pretty frequently. As far as gas stations go, this one is pretty good. Most times that I've gone into this gas station to purchase something, I've had a pleasant conversation with one of the employees behind the counter. I've gotten to the point with most of the workers there that I can now casually give them a hard time, which for me is the ultimate sign of appreciation. I sometimes come here to buy beer, and the selection is pretty good. For such a small cooler, they really cram a lot of options in there! A couple of times that I have gone in there, however, an employee has been eating when they were behind the counter. As someone who works in food service, I don't appreciate that very much. There have also been times when there is product just lying on the floor, waiting to be put away by one or more of the employees, and yet it just sits there waiting for someone to trip over.All in all, this gas station is pretty good. Because I live so close, I will continue to come here.
