Yasmine returned my call the next day to set up an appointment. She was very accommodating, saying she’d come in after normal hours. However she was a no show. I left a message, saying I was there early and waited for her. She never returned my call, no apologized for being a no show. I would not trust them to do taxes or give financial advice if they cannot honor an appointment.

My Mother has relied on Debbie Seeley and her team at Seeley & Associates to handle her taxes for years. When Mom was unable to handle the prep work herself this year, I was thrilled to connect with Fiona and Gigi with Seeley. They were able to help me locate and deliver the required paperwork - and Mom's return was completed and e-filed without delay. Everyone at Seeley & Associates are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them very highly. Thank you all!

Super rude!! My husband does day trading and he is learning so our tax returns were complicated this year. Looks like debbie hates people who does day trading. Looks like she only wants clients who are super clean. Her assistant didn’t do right job and she was delayed in looking at files in advanced. She simply took out all frustrations on us. Ridiculous service this year!

I’v been Working with Seeley and Associates since they first opened. I no longer live near Issaquah but I still have them do my taxes and handle some of my investments. Why because I trust them and believe them to be very honest.

I used Seeley for years to do my taxes because like most people I don't want to be bothered, and also I wanted professional advice. I did not mind paying the costs associated with the service, because I assumed if there was ever an audit and a mistake in my taxes I would be covered by Seeley & Associates. BIG MISTAKE!!!! I was audited and there was a mistake that costs me thousands of dollars in penalties. When I discussed this with Deb Seeley, she simply became argumentative and told me I was responsible for the entire tax burden and the penalties. I offered a what I thought was a fair compromise and said I would pay the taxes due and thought she should pay the penalty. However, she refused to share any responsibility and left me with the entire bill. Its a small town, and there are options. This company should not be one of your options.

Do I enjoy having my taxes done? NO. Who in their right mind does?? Especially when you owe the IRS money. But Debbie takes GOOD GOOD care of you! This is the 2nd year in a row that I have gone to her and she is fabulous!
