What a waste of money. 270.00 a month for parking a small RV. 6 days after getting it I decided it was a huge mistake. Called to cancel the lease l, easy enough right? You'd be wrong. They then decided (with almost 3 weeks left on the lease, which is month to month) they wanted 46.00 more in charges. We're talking about a dirt parking lot that has been known to be broken into by the homeless that surround the area. Even while I was in the office I figured something was wrong as a young man was trying to obtain video footage of his car being broken into. Sad that they knew and had the police report but didn't seem to contact the owner/s. Simply put, find somewhere else to store your car/camper or boat. I have found out that companies do this because they don't have a strong customer service record and services are subpar at best. Be wise with your money, read the reviews. I wish I did.

I've rented storage from the Rowleys for several years now and they've been great to deal with. The staff is very friendly and it doesn't matter whom your dealing with. Every single one always seems to have a positive attitude. Additionally, they are active in the Issaquah community which is a plus. I highly recommend them if you are in the rental market.

This company is fantastic! I have stored my motorhome with them since last year and the service I have received has been well above expectations.Friendly staff, secure and well maintained storage lot. I wouldn't think twice about using them in the future or recommending them to friends and family!AAA+++

We have rented a big 20x30 storage unit here for 12 years. We started at like $300 a month, they are now $745! We had a wall or 2 cave in on our things and drywall all over the place. We’ve had rat or mouse poop all over our furniture and they got into our classic truck and pulled the stuffing out of the interior. We had a beautiful coffee table ruined and an antique buffet that was handed down to us and a book case and many of my kids memories destroyed! Rowleys response was to put rat traps inside. Then the other day we canceled the storage with them and after 12+ years paying them huge fees and with all our troubles has the nerve to charge us $10 because we turn in one key and not 2. Here’s the funny part. We had an old key break years ago so they replaced the lock and gave us one key! Yes one key! Are you kidding me? I can’t give you something back you didn’t give me! Ugh! So we have them the old keys because she says bring those. So now after wasting that gas they can’t find them in their own drop box. How frustrating! What sucks is we have another storage with them with my moms things. I’m looking for another storage to rent from now. Worst customer service ever!

Great storage facility with several size units to choose from. Have had a large unit here for years and couldn't be happier! Clean and secure. The staff couldn't be nicer and always willing to help if needs change.
