QFC in Klahanie is my go-to grocery store! The staff is always so friendly and polite, making each visit enjoyable. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection of fresh produce and quality products. Their prices are fair, and I love how helpful the employees are whenever I have a question or need assistance. It’s a convenient and pleasant shopping experience every time. Highly recommend!

My goto stop for groceries. I feel the groceries are fresh and well stocked. The store feels a little understaffed as it is hard to ask for help especially the bakery area. I wanted to order a cake for a birthday and I never found a staff member there. I was able to place an order online. The cake was delicious and extremely reasonably priced but I did not receive any confirmation that the order is ready for pick up. When I called the store , the manager himself had to go to the bakery section and check if it was ready. The cake was ready on time and tasted delicious so no complaints. The store is always well kept.

Horrible store and employees couldn’t care less. Manager was unhelpful apparently not knowing how to look at their inventory. Neither did any of the 3 other check out clerks nor did any call someone who knew even when I asked them to.

Bought the rainbow sushi roll and it had bones in it! Nearly choked myself. Never going to buy from the ready to eat here.

I've been going to this QFC grocery store for 10 years as I live in Klahanie. By far, this is the worst run grocery store I have ever been to. There's only one checker most of the time and the checker sadly doesn't have any support. I don't blame the people working there as they're all very kind people. I blame the district leadership for staffing it so poorly. Shame on them.

It's very nice to have a grocery store within walking distance in Klahanie. It's well appointed and the people there are friendly.
However, there's a scam going on that everyone should be aware of. It's the third time we tried to use a Nike gift card purchased there and it has no funds. In all cases there should have been $ 50. When calling Nike, they say that the funds have already been used somewhere in other states.
No one has been able to help or even acknowledge this being a problem, yet it turns out it's a common complaint from many customers.

Convenient location, but poorly managed. Produce department often has empty bins, especially in the organic section which is primarily what we buy. Most times there is only 1 cashier which forces self checkout and there are always problems with the machine so an employee needs to help anyways. Pine Lake location exceeds Klahanie in all aspects.

The customer service was terrible! I asked for help with some balloons for my son's birthday, but they refused to assist. "Sorry, the floral department is closed," they said. It meant a lot to me for my son's birthday, and they didn't even make an effort to help.

Very convenient to have a supermarket in walking distance in the community. QFC provides all the typical necessities for living. Fruit, veges and household items and pharmacy
